They knew what was wrong with the phone. I was happy to learn. The warranty did not expire. So, in 3 or 4 days. I will have the replacement. I only go to this store because of the service I receive. They are very knowledgeable.

Ive been a customer for 10 years and will not be returning to this store again. Possible getting rid of metro all together. Amethyst was less than thrilled to answer my questions about new phones despite the store being empty when I arrived. I also asked questions about my plan and again she couldnt care less. Bought Nord N200..very disappointed with the phone and Amethyst.

Ive been a metro pcs customer for the better part of 10 years now and I have to say I love it. Now that T-Mobile has partnered up with metro its even better. The service is fantastic, no dead zones( not that there ever really was), variety and quality of phones has expanded immensely. I get unlimited everything and pay $60 a month! with no contract and can leave whenever with no penalty and again the service and quality rivals any other phone company.There is no bill that comes in the mail. On the day you are supposed to pay the bill you can stop by any pcs store and pay it or do it right on your phone through debit/credit card. Some of you might think its a pain but I actually like the fact that you have to pay it on the due date or they suspend service till its paid so you have no choice and no late fees if you happen to pay it the next day.

Jaleeza Smith was so patient and helpful in fixing the issues with my phone. She is awesome and extremely knowledgeable and deserves triple of whatever she makes!

Dropped 1 star because when I tried to go there recently, there was a note on the door saying Gone to the bank, be back soon. I waited over 30 minutes, and then went to the West Warwick location.

Another Metro PCS another sighn in window saying back in 5 .... waited 15 mins no show thats four out of the last five and basically wasted last two days trying to get a replacement phone.... And I have the insurance... Phone service is fine but anytime I have to deal with customer service theres is the worst

Zero stars!! Talk Talk Talk!! Any other Metro in the state is better than this 1!! As long as the racist Jaleeza is working I will NOT be back at this location!! 35 minutes just to pay a bill!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY AND FUTURE PURCHASES TO ANOTHER STORE!!

Normally I try to give positive reviews, but I Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Avoid this Metro at all costs!! The only employee will have you standing around for 45 mins while she talks and talks about nothing knowing theres 5 other people in the store waiting to just pay a bill, then when she finally waits on you tells you the computer just shut down! Shes a joke!! every other metro Ive been to takes payment customers first, my second encounter with her, will b my last! Ill pay online next time. Send her to a different town, shes the WORST!!

Nicole gave us a great experience while setting up my daughters new phone to our plan. She even called in corporate and got our bill down to our original rate for being loyal customers! While we were waiting for them to update our account she put together her new case and protector. Sent us away with a fist bump and high five. Fast, friendly, and highly recommend!

Beware this is not a corporate store. I was sold a broken phone with less than 8 min usage and they refused to issue a refund. Save yourself the trouble and dont shop here.

I switched to sprint a month after joining Metro, Im paying the same 80 bucks for better service and customer service now. When I signed up with MetroPCS I was overcharged by the kid employee because he didnt understand the policies and had to do homework later per his manager on the phone. Will not go back to Coventry store due to customer service

Ive been with metro PCs for a few years now and Ive never had any issues with them. This particular store has my favorite employee that Ive followed for years.. Nicole is the best! She knows what shes talking about and is always going above and beyond for all her customers!! Ive had to wait for her before and noticed that she helped the other customer as she would help me. Shes worth the wait!! Thanks Nicole for always helping me with all of my phone needs!!!

Hands down my best experience with a cell service.Switched 3 lines from AT&T, the whole process took less than 20 minutes thanks to Nicole.Cell Service is great, price is fantastic, the customer service at this location was top notch, sales rep was pleasant, listened to our questions, and gave us the answers we needed!3 lines, 20 minutes, cut our bill in half.

This is the place to go for deals on cell phones, plans, at great prices.

Terrible service, I came in asking about a phone and upgrades and the employee there, Nicole Lavoy was terribly rude. Kept texting on her phone while I was trying to get help, and was immediately dismissive and aggressive. I would now add 15 minutes more of driving just to go to a different store

Cheap cell phone service at good prices

Ive been with metro pcs for a few years...In August I went in for a new phone, wanted to spend roughly $150 -$200 on it.I was told I was able to get a bundle offer! The phone earbuds and a case all for $161.00....!Found out paying my bill in person at another metro that my phone was only $49.99So I paid $110 for a freakin case and buds????Wth............?Oh the phone?Its a p.o.s.

Samir helped both myself and my fiance immensely. He was quick to resolve a problem we had, and was patient and courteous throughout the entire process. I work for this company there withholding are refussing to pay us what they owe us cutting commission shut off all corporate numbers so no one can complain and refusing to awnsere any questions about it
