After driving here and not seeing the box I decided to leave a review and found reviews from 2 years ago saying it was behind the building. Sure enough there it is. A theres also a USPS mailbox here.

The FedEx drop box is behind the new Ocean State Credit Union office near Harney Hill road, not the older Ocean State Credit union branch 1/4 mile away near the laundry.
