Rented inflatable water slide for graduation party. Guys were prompt, courteous and professional. Slide was in fantastic condition and they clean and disinfect during set up. These slides are still my adult sons’ (and their friends) favorite party activity. 100% recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We rented a bounce house for our daughters birthday party. The employees were on time to set it up and even cleaned the inside before leaving. They were prompt to pick up day after too. Good prices and options for both bounce houses and water slides.

Fantastic folks to work with! Steve was so helpful when we needed to pivot with rain. His staff was so friendly and accommodating. Two bouncy castles and a slip and slide made for a fabulous party!

July 4th weekend we had another company cancel on us. I was stressing because suddenly we had no entertainment for the 15+ kids we were expecting. I called Steve’s and left a voicemail, Steve called me back within minutes and saved the day. They will forever be our first choice! Top notch customer service!

Disappointed with the bounce house I rented for my kids. When it was dropped off, we were told to leave the bounce house running because it was picked up during a rain storm and the air would get all the water out of the seams. Pools of water were in each corner. When I climbed in the bounce house to clean up the water, I noticed the inside was dirty. It had dirt on the slide and bounce area. I have to clean it before the party. I asked the Owner if these units were cleaned before each use and he told me that New England weather was unpredictable and to mop of the water with an old towel. My husband said the delivery guy wiped it down, but it was still dirty.

Steves Bouncy house rental was great last minute I need a bouncy house they were nothing but professional..They came out put up bouncy house and sanitized everything before use ..I will use them for the future!! Great service bouncy house was great my 3 nieces and nephew loved it ...it made a trip to aunties house more memorable!!

I just went to a kids birthday party this weekend that had two bounce houses from Steves Bounce House. The bounce houses were so clean I thought they were brand new. After the party I ended up speaking to the owner of Steves bounce house, Steve. He and his crew were there to pick up the bounce houses, they washed and sterilized both houses on site. I was really impressed with that and he told me this was standard practice for all of their equipment. He and his guys were professional, friendly and really good looking too. I will definitely be renting from these guys for my sons Bday party and all of my summer events.

Extremely satisfied . Very accommodating drop off and pick ups times. Very clean bounce houses and slides. You can rent so many items to make any occasion run smooth. Tables, chairs, tents, outdoor movie screens popcorn machines, coolers, ice cone machines, smokers for pig roast,etc many more items. Someone always answers phone or gets back to you in a timely fashion. Very polite staff . I would recommend them for advice on any occasion big or small. You will be happy with experience with them. Owners work side by side employees . Hard working great guys. Prices are competitive and quality of service and products are extraordinary well maintained and so clean.

Great price, professional, provided what they said they would provide, courteous. The Bounce House arrived when they said it would, clean and ready to go. They set it up and then we worked out a time for them to come back and pick it up. It was a lot of fun and I would definitely rent from these guys again and in fact, I have referred them to several other friends.

I rented a party package from this company over Memorial Day weekend and was extremely pleased. They were flexible around delivery and pick-up times to accommodate my schedule. Pricing was fair. The equipment was well maintained and very clean. I have to also say that they were also very patient with me while setting up. I can be a bit indecisive at times and had them move the location for the bouncy and tent a few times before I made up my mind where I wanted them. They were great. Totally professional. Id highly recommend.

We held an outdoor movie night at Rhode Island Yacht Club and Steves team was punctual, timely in their set up, knowledgeable about their equipment and friendly to the kids and parents that attended the event. I rented a bounce house from Steve for July 12, 2014 for my daughter and nieces birthday party. This was a last minute decision on my part. They were so accommodating and fulfilled all my wishes (I also rented tables and chairs last minute) the prices are VERY competitive and the best part was they delivered set up and picked everything up. Nice easy to work with. I will definitely be renting more products from them again and so will my friends and family they were as impressed as I was!

We used Steve’s bounce house for the last 3 years but this year we paid an employee the remaining balance in cash and he stated a receipt would be emailed. We did not get a receipt and the company is now claiming we owe them the balance! We have surveillance video of my wife paying the worker and are still waiting to hear back from the owner......this was one week ago! Customer service is terrible and the lack of communication within the company is very poor. Would not recommend them, as they employ young teens that cannot be trusted.

On behalf of our staff and students at Metcalf Elementary, Steves Bounce House showed us exceptional service with renting us the Adrenaline Rush II Obstacle Course. We had over 500 students go through the obstacle course yesterday, 6/17/15, and there were huge smiles and positive comments all around. From Steves communication via e-mail, to set up, directions, and break down, it could not have gone more smoothly. The obstacle course was great quality and very clean. The best place to rent if you care how clean the units are. They took their time to clean the unit when dropped off and took pride and how the unit looked. Was a nice surprise since.most of the time I feel like just a number to most businesses. They are local and care about their product. I recommend them if care about what your kids are touching. Very friendly and approachable crew. Little things mean.something and they take the time to show they care about the customer. So many choiced you wont go wrong with Stevesbouncehouse.

I rented a party package from Steves on July 5th. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was - the guys that delivered the bounce house, tent, tables and chairs cleaned and wiped down everything by hand. I wanted to move a few things and the guys were friendly and helpful. My July 4th party was a huge success - Thanks Steve!
