I can highly recommend Gene. He puts in high quality work and went above and beyond to make sure I got the cut I was looking for. The other guys in the shop were very friendly and sociable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut!

My son needed a haircut for a function that we were having for him. The day I went to the usual shop to get his haircut the barber wasnt there and the door he had a sign that said he was away on vacation. I stopped in at talents on a Friday morning and not only was I able to get my son an appointment for the following morning but the haircut was fantastic. Gene did a great job with my sons hair and we will be returning there again.

I made my reservation for 4:15pm the day before a very important interview. I had asked for something earlier but this is all they had. I arrived the day of the appointment at 4:00pm. Once I arrived I noticed at least four brightly colored signs outside the shop that read Please wait in your vehicle until we call you for your appointment. And so I did. I waited until 4:40pm and saw several customers leave. No call.So *I* call *them*. The same gentleman who took my appointment the day before answered. He asked where I was, and I told him Ive been waiting in the parking lot for 40 minutes. Like where tf else would I be? He said Oh, you shouldve come inside. I would if I knew I could. He told me they were fully booked the next day. This place desperately needs someone who can run the phone and keep appointments organized.Ive been to hood barbershops in Miami that are more professional than this.

I called ahead (same day) to see if I was able to make an appointment. I was able to schedule a haircut same day at the time I requested. Tried Talentz for the first time last week. Very impressed with the cleanliness, atmosphere and service. My son and I made an appointment and they were right in time. Gene Pina did a fantastic job on both our cuts and even took care of my sons cowlick...Ill be back👍

These guys know how to style hair. I recommend calling for an appointment. Theres also a women s salon in the back. Parking lot is small and tight but its doable. Best Barbers in Coventry hands down

I’ve been a customer of Shaun’s over the past few years and he is one of the best when it comes to all around professionalism in the barber industry. He is always on schedule, accommodating, and one of the best when it comes to the trait. His new location at Talentz barbershop is clean, family friendly, and one, if not the top barbershops I have been too. Shaun and the rest of the staff are one of the best group of barbers around. I highly recommend visiting Talentz Barbershop.

Experienced barbers here, all very capable of haircuts and shaves. Talentz is their new shop, they were from GQ right down the road. Ive been going to them ever since I moved to Coventry and Providence became to far of a drive to see my normal barber. Talentz is definitely an A1 barber shop. Just make sure to call in advance and book an appointment. They do take walk-ins, but they are usually busy so you wont be guaranteed a chair.

If you’re into flannel jackets w/ sunglasses, horoscope neck tattoos, and barbers that go by several nicknames to which none of them relate to their given birth name, THIS IS NOT THE BARBERSHOP FOR YOU. Talentz is a family friendly and reputable barbershop where anyone is welcome. The on hand staff does a great job of of acknowledging and honoring the customer’s values & self-expression when providing their services. I’ve been a customer to their staff member Shaun for several years and have been nothing but pleased with my haircut after every single visit. All of Talentz staff members do an excellent job of establishing a very professional yet personal relationship with their clientele. 10/10 would recommend.
