This place is fantastic, and Mike is incredible. I had an issue with a battery cable that was going to be extremely expensive to get repaired with the dealership, and they were able to find a much significantly more cost-effective solution. This car is my only source of transportation, and they were also able to get me right in, complete the job, and have me back on the road within a few hours. Honest, fair prices, friendly, and local - Its no question that they definitely became our go to auto repair shop. Highly recommend.

I just visited my sweet friend, Mr. Sam, to get my husbands car inspected. Ill be back next week for my own car.Mr. Sam and I met back in February of 2012, when I stopped for full-service gas, very pregnant and very tired, but ridiculously happy, on my way to my baby shower. He saw the tired in my eyes behind the super happy, babys almost here zen and excitement. As we engaged in small talk, he learned I was on my way to the shower and brought me out a bottle of water and offered to let me choose a snack from the store as well, all on the house. Fast forward 9 years and the removal of his gas pumps, and his auto repair shop plus used car sales seem to be flourishing (I moved away from Coventry 3 years ago so havent kept up well with his business changes). I have literally never been there when he didnt offer me at least a beverage, and he always brought out lollipops or Goldfish, etc, for my son, and later my 2 stepkids, before the changeover to having no gas or convenience store. He has also noticed my tires were low a few times and had me relax and let him fill them up free of charge.He still brings me a bottle of water every time I show up, even if I just cruise through in passing to say hi when Im over his way. One year when I panicked, thinking I had lost my credit card, he suggested letting me pay for my vehicle inspection when I could. I found the card (it had fallen into the bottom of my purse) and would have gone home to bring back an alternate form of payment otherwise, but his willingness to wait indefinitely for the approximately $60 fee for a long-time customer was impressive even for him. Oh, and it was winter, so he made sure I had a seat inside and moved a space heater over to where it would keep me warm while I waited. If youre relatively local and havent had the pleasure, I cannot recommend Mr. Sam highly enough. He is the embodiment of kindness and customer care.💖

Honest and skilled mechanic!! Sam has always treated me well. For example... He told me we needed to order a part to fix my trucks A/C. He ordered it. When it came in, he said the website told him it was a single part, but there were actually two separate bar codes on two of the parts in the box, so he returned the one we didnt need and he gave me my money back! Saved me about $150! He could have stuck it on his shelf and I never would have known. Give Sam your business, he deserves it.

Sam is the best, most trusted mechanic. If you dont need it, he wont sell it to you. If he says you need it, you will get the best price and quality work available
