Stay AWAY from this particular location ( Coventry, RI) If you are NEW customer for them ( because you are new sales for them ) they will treat good but once became a exiting customer they will treat you Sh***. Staff always in rush to get you out of office. They will not answer to your questions properly. I deal with person RAQUEL CARD twice in person in past. Horrible/terrible experience. I feel she is just not right for her position. Every time I called office to look for her...someone front desk like she is on another call, She is away from her desk, She is on lunch. Made me leave voicemails after voicemail but dont expect her to call you BACK. I would suggest other to go somewhere else and get better service for your business.

By far one of the most customer friendly insurance agencies I have ever dealt with. Everyone in the office with do their best to make sure you have what you need and its done in a timely manner. The shop around for the best rates for you.

Extremely rude over the phone!!!!! Only tried to get a home insurance quote. And the woman who answered the phone had a huge attitude! That made my decision to NOT GO THROUGH WITH THEM for their extreme lack of professionalism and kindness. Do yourself a favor and shop around and find someone that actually cares about their clientele as you can see This company does not Care and it shows! Thank you once again for making my decision easier!

Total scam this place is. KIM RAYMOND, is a scam artist. Read all the reviews before choosing this office, I wish I would have.
