Excellent place to live! My wife, son, and I lived here for over a year and it was apartment living at its best. Michel’le and now Amanda are excellent property managers. Amanda was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. She also made our moving out process very easy as we transitioned back into home ownership. Shout out to her for really helping us out!! Jason and his maintenance crew were on top of any issues we had and we’re extremely responsive. Overall a great experience, and highly recommended!

I lived here back in 2015-2016 when they first opened (I was the first renter in my particular unit) and the onsite amenities (and freight elevator to move with) were fantastic. The office staff was always friendly and courteous, and I loved my particular unit. The colors, the kitchen, the floors, the windows, the overall feel, etc. The downsides were the walls are extremely thin - spending the extra money for insulation wouldve gone a LOOOONG way (I worked from home, and would often listen to the dog next door bark for 4-5+ hours straight, and could hear the other neighbors in their kitchen talking away in the evenings). The bedroom closets in my unit (2 bedroom unit) were very small; at the time it wasnt a huge problem for me, but now I wouldnt be able to fit half my clothing in them. I could also easily hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around and yelling....so while the exposed wood looked nice, not very soundproof. Getting a king bed in the master in my unit with a full bedroom set wouldve been a very tight squeeze - making the apartments slightly larger (and a lot more soundproof) wouldve been more luxury. But, for a couple without a lot of stuff and want a step up over your run-of-the-mill apartments, these are perfect. Oh and get a top floor unit, but that goes for pretty much any apartment complex because most people are inconsiderate and loud.

I lived here for over a year. We started out in one of the smaller units and eventually transferred to a larger corner unit. We are very happy there. Any time we had a problem, it was resolved very quickly. I know there are other places out there that may be slightly cheaper, but we love the aesthetic of the lofts with the gigantic windows, exposed beams, aged wooden floors, and all the other amenities that come with it, so it is worth the cost to us.

Ive lived at Anthony Mill for 8 months and so far the experience has been excellent. Property mgt is very responsive and although the rent is not cheap the lofts are reasonably priced for the amenities you receive. Large windows, high ceilings, granite counter tops and original wood floors create a comfortable living space. Parking is good and you have access the Washington Secondary bike trail that goes to the CT line.

My wife & I shared a two bedroom two bathroom while we closed on our house. the space was wonderful for the two of us, and we were able to get a great view of the river & listen to it run by at night.I cook often & the counter/kitchen space was excellent. a requirement of cooking is filling your apartment with music & the high ceilings made everything sound great.

Ive lived at Anthony Mills for going on four years now, since very shortly after the apartments opened. Its been a great experience all along. Office staff has changed a few times but all have been friendly and helpful. Ive only needed to call maintenance twice, but they were responsive and professional both times. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained; Brady Sullivan did a fantastic job of modernizing it without compromising its old mill charm and character. The area is convenient; all of the necessities are nearby, lots of great food nearby (Pagliarinis right across the street!), and the bike path right behind the building!Downsides - heading and utility costs! The high ceilings, especially on the upper floors, and giant windows are beautiful, but make heating the place in the winter an absolute nightmare, at least in a corner apartment, where all the heat in my bedroom and bathroom seem to go either up or out. My bathroom doubles as an icebox in January.Im seeing a lot of complaints in the reviews here that seem pretty unfair to pin on the lofts here, though, when theyre just the reality of living in an apartment. Dogs in pet friendly apartments are going to bark sometimes. Large parking lots need to be plowed. These are certainly inconveniences (I hate getting up on snow days as much as anyone and probably far more than most...Im lazy in the mornings!) but really not points against Anthony Mills in particular. As for it being a bad area of Coventry, Ive lived 33 years, all but two years of my life, within a mile of this place. Apart from a couple eyesore buildings, I cant even imagine whats bad about it. Even Arctic West Warwick itself isnt a bad area these days.I cant speak to issues with moving out, as I havent and dont plan to in the foreseeable future.

Where do I start? How about with the rent. I have lived at Anthony Mills for 2 years now with my wife and son... when I moved in rent was $1,350 for a two bedroom apt., (nothing included, not even water). At the end of year one they raised it to $1,380 and now they want to raise it again, to $1,425!Do you enjoy sleeping in on snow days? Well, cross that out! Your car needs to be moved by 7am for plowing and cant be parked back in the lot for at least 2 hours. If you dont have it moved by 7am... Towed at your expense! They recently replaced the office staff. We have had issues putting in maintenance requests... One was screwed up when someone in the office couldnt be bothered to listen to a whole voicemail. When we addressed the mistake she gave us an attitude and blamed us for it.Although you pay your own water bill they take your final bill out of your security deposit.... in clear violation of RI law. To get the rest of your deposit back you must have the carpets cleaned and conditioned.... nothing like wear and tear.In addition, peoples dogs bark nonstop and at all hours of the night....The Lofts are beautiful, but there are equally nice places, better run, and less expensive. They charge downtown Providence prices in a bad area of Coventry (close to Artic). We are moving in March and looking forward to it.

Rebecca and Melissa are trying hard in the office to make Anthony Mill fulfill its beautiful potential. While I do feel the rent is expensive, I have looked extensively and found no apartment complex in the area is as beautiful or less money for equal accommodations. The aesthetic of the building is really majestic, with the polished, restored floors and high ceilings. The amenenities are largely under used and are so nice....the outdoor deck, the movie theater, the small gym and the billiard room. The kitchens are well equipped and have beautiful granite counters and great appliances. There was a trash issue that has been remedied by having dumpsters emptied more often. The parking is free and the package acceptance service has helped me personally and professionally.I think the apartments are high quality and the washer and dryer in unit are a treat many do not provide. With the exception of price, (which is not in their control) I have found Rebecca and Melissa will work to help with any issue when approached with kindness.

The bathrooms constantly smell like backed up sewage, Sometimes when I get home the whole apartment smells ! Not all the time but a few times a month !! And they do a horrible job plowing and salting the hill to the lower lot ! The place is nice, but to be honest not worth it ! Thats just my opinion
