Sold us 2 tires which were the wrong size! Then told us to bring the tires up to the front to customer service for a return!! And our funds were on hold.for 5 days! All because of the associates wrong doing! And after ignored us. Also made us a house key that was a wrong key and dont fit!!! Horrible service. The ONLY good thing about this location is it has a tire center with good tire prices. All employees need customer service training!!!!

Ive been a car mechanic for about five years and I started at a tle from Walmart going into a Walmart in sing people so under train really gets under my skin especially when I know for a fact in order to get those jobs youre normally in school for automotive when I find someone whos in school for automotive and doesnt know the basics of Automotive mechanics I start to question whether or not I want them to touch my car with that said I dont think Im going to be going to Walmarts tire center anytime soon Id rather have my tire stay on my car then on the side of the road because sitting there watching someone impact a tire on and not check it with a torque wrench pretty scary stuff I dont know what that guns impact rated but I can tell you right now it doesnt tell you the same torque as a torque wrench because its not a torque wrench and I know they had one because I was staring right at it at and get this it even had sockets

You cannot get any to EVER pick up the phone in that department. They absolutely need at least 2 people working the counter. Extremely slow.

Never will I go back to this auto center..I purchased 4 brand new tires from Walmart for two of them to go flat the next day. Vehicle was towed back to Walmart but they were closed at 5:00pm. I missed work the next day to endure a very rude manager by the name of Lavar. He was irritate and rude during the call and said just bring the car here and their not responsible for the flat even though they replaced the tires. I am so disappointed with the professionalism of this manager. Walmart please do better!

Waited two hours to get my tires changed. I went to check how much more time and they told me they couldnt get the tires off. I then proceeded to go to NTB and got all 4 tires replaced in 45 minutes with 0 issues with removing all tires.

Terry Is very rude over the phone and does not show any interest in helping to resolve any of customer questions. I have been to this location several times for convince as it is near my residence but every single time it is a huge inconvenience to me as my time is completely abused by poor customer service I will never support this location again.

Undoubtedly the best experience I have had at a Walmart auto center. I had new tires installed and I was finished in less than an hour. Vanissas customer service was wonderful as well.

I will never return. I only wanted my tire checked to see if I needed air or if I had a nail or something in it. Let me first say it is not the workers, it is whoever developed their procedures and sets their schedules. I arrived at 6:55 a.m. for a 7 a.m. open. Auto Center door was opened at 7:08 a.m. by the Night Manager because the people that work the Center werent there yet. While waiting for their arrival found they cant clock in till 7 a.m. in another part of the store. They finally arrive and take time to set up. I was #3 in line, there were 3 techs and only one gentlemen working the counter. For each person he checked in he had to write them up on a hand held system using a stylus, then he had to check to make sure they had the needed part and go and pull the car in to the service area. He got to me, #3, at approximately 7:45 a.m. At 8:20 a.m. I noticed my car was no longer in the service area, thinking I was finished, I asked to be checked out and was told they had to service a car that came in with a 8 a.m. appointment so they had to pull my car out. I was totally outdone. My time meant ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to Walmart. Who ever came up with their system obviously had no business sense. Here is a bit of advise, Have the workers start 30 minutes before you are scheduled to begin servicing customers, this allows for them to clock in, get to the location, set up and be ready to service the customers. While the person is checking in customers have the Techs to pull the cars into the bays and begin service instead of them standing around waiting. Final bit of advice is when the plan changes notify the customer immediately. COME ON WALMART YOU CAN DO BETTER, unfortunately I wont be returning for you to abuse my time again.

I purchased tires from Walmart online attempting to be more cost conscious. I got to the Auto center at 7am when they opened. A employee came to the door I assume to unlock, looked at me and walked away. I waited another 15 mins before anyone came to unlock the door. Once inside no one assisted me. It is now 7:35 finally someone helps. I informed them I have a tire order there and I would like the tires put on. The employee tells me I have to get a pick up slip from the pick up order area. Of course the pick up order area does not open until 8. I wait until 8 and go to the pick order area. I let them know I am picking up a tire order. They asked if I went to the auto center first and I replied yes. They said auto center could of helped me. Who knows at this point what the process is. Anyways, Igo back to the auto center to set up getting the tires installed. They now let me know the compressor has been down all morning and they do not know when they can service anyone. A complete waste of my time yesterday. Someone could of told me all of that at 7 through the door as the guy was staring at me.

Today i went to Walmart Auto Center because i had a low tire and i knew i needed to have it sealed. I called at 930am and the woman who answered stated that you had to have an appointment. I told her it was for tire repair and she stated she had a 10 and 11 slot open. I took the 10:00 time and after waiting four and a half hours later......MY CAR STILL WAS NOT PULLED INTO THE BACK!!!! I asked her why it was taking so long and she stated that appointments were seen first. I COMPLETELY understand that....but a tire repair takes 10 or 15 mins. I understand taking 2 or 3 cars then finishing a quick repair but it should have never taken that long. I left at 2:30pm because i was EXTREMELY irritated and slowly made my way to Discount Tires. I got there at 3pm, they told me i would be there maybe until 430, 445. I was finished by 3:55...and it was FREE. PLEASE DO BETTER WALMART

I always have a bad experience when I visit this center, theres always some equipment that doesnt work, or all the techs left early so theres no one to do work a full hour before closing, or the truck was robbed so supplies are low or this or that.... Always something.... but today was the worst. I was on location at 6:50am because they are supposed to open at 7am but nobody unlocked the door until next nearly 7:30 & it took 2 people to get it opened. I was the 2nd customer in line, only getting rotation/balance & air & at 10:30am & I was still waiting. Why? Because I got a call at 8:15 saying that my car was done but one of my tires only had 7 pounds of pressure & none of the rest had been checked, which is the primary reason I came in. The prices might be hard to beat but, as they say, you get that you pay for because the service ALWAYS sucks and Im NEVER coming here again.

I dropped my wife truck off at 11am called at 230 to get update and the lady says I don’t have any vehicles ready yet with an attitude, then once you come in you have to be buzzed back out the siding doors. Its so ghetto in there it’s ridiculous!!!!! Super slow poor customer service. I had to call 6 times to make sure they had the tires in stock.

I had an oil change done and was serviced by Michael. Anytime I need any help, he always go over and beyond to help. With a New car I wanted to get the best oil they had, but he advised me that it wasnt necessary do to the low mileage on my car. Im always afraid women will be taken advantage of when it comes to the maintenance of their 🚗...but not here. THX MICHAEL ur always a GREAT help.

Went there to get new rims installed on my smart car. The crew was friendly and explained me everything. After my car was taken to put rims on I went to their website and found bad and negatives reviews about the service. At first I was a little skeptical, but the job was done and in the expected time, no issues. The desk woman gave my key smiling and I left satisfied. My car looks badass now. Thank you guys.

They have terrible service here. They should definitely consider putting appointments versus having people come in and wait 4 to 5 hours just to get tires or any service is done. I never even purchased my tires here because they had a 7 hour wait and it was 10 in the morning. In order for you to get any service here youd have to be there as soon as they open and who has time to just sit around and wait.

So disappointed with the service being received. Came 5 days ago and couldnt get new tires because their power tools werent strong enough to remove the lug nuts. Did a complaint online & got a call back asking for a chance to correct the issue. Came back in and now, after waiting an hour in line just to check the car in, Ive waited another 2 1/2 hours and they STILL havent pulled the car in. Ive ALWAYS brought my cars to this location for tire service but THIS is the last time. There isnt enough staff to handle the volume of customers.

I was gracious and kind enough to allow them a two star rating, despite unbelievable wait times, poor customer service, and utmost unprofessionalism. Every single employee here absolutely DESPISES their job, they move as SLOW AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE and basically no one has any idea what is going on. I only come here because they are cheap. Oh, and I do a years worth of grocery shopping before I wait another 4 hours for my 15-minute oil change. Ahhh capitalism.... 😂

Not enough personnel to handle the volume of business on weekends. That is managements fault to be scheduling personnel during the week standing around doing nothing and not enough to cover call in. I’ve seen it first hand.Had an encounter that I waited 3 1/2 hours for a oil change on a Sunday and paid $60.00 for full synthetic. Called Walmart corporate and said the manager was supposed to call me and that was 5 months ago?.What a way to run a business and bad management and courtesy.

A year ago had a flat tire, walmart was super close so went there. waited three hours and came out with my tire fixed but my brake line messed up. my brake line was fine when i came in, i practically couldnt brake and had to drive home really slow. not going there again

I went here Sunday morning at about 8:40am the woman working at the desk said we don’t do oil changes until after 11:00am I came back at 10:30am it was a long line got seen looked around Walmart until my car was finished a worker approached me and said he had to jump my car I said why nothing was wrong with my car then he said quietly that I left my light on I said impossible I have automatic turn off lights he proceeds to tell me my car is running in the parking lot and I needed to drive it around or it might stop I was dumb founded I just knew this was wrong I had to get a jump start to go to work after work I went to Auto Zone they checked the battery it’s dead bought a new battery and asked the lady to let me take a picture of the battery I have a Toyota Rav 4 Limited with a factory issued battery that had Toyota written on it what Auto Zone took out was Furukawa battery your Walmart Auto Repairman took my battery and replaced it with an old battery that means I was robbed and they must have pocket battery money from one of your other customers I will never go to this country Club Hills Auto repair again and will family and friends I hope someone important sees my review and check the cameras shady things are going on at this location I give zero stars but it will not let me post unless I check a star but no stars for workers stealing my battery

I always bring my car here for repair and they always do a good job. Today I got two new tires and was out of there in less then a hour all the other reviews complain about wait times but if u get there Exatcly when they’re open you’ll be out of there. Keep in mind it’s not always a lot of people working on the cars in the back and they do their work deligently never had a issue. Today one of the guys even braught me to the back to show me a issue on my tire rim I didn’t even know I had. If it was any other Walmart they would of slapped it on and said have a nice day, but instead they didn’t. Good service every time I come never a disappointment and I always come from the westside of the city!

This is the worst AutoZone I ever been to I repeat do not go to this they all disorganized they got one person working the front counter a senior citizen do not go here. I came way out here for some tires they told me they had them and I get here and it was not there

I brought my car here for tire replacement and the technician was honest enough to let me know that the tires I ordered online at Walmart were the wrong size. I realized that the shop that changed my tires about 4 yrs ago put the tires that have the wrong size. I also came here early, and I was done in about 45 mins. I dont know though if its a long wait if I had come at a different time. I still wish I could have set an appointment. I was also happy that I was able to order my tires online and have them shipped to this autocare for free. The prices of the tires online and the service were also reasonable.

Avoid at all cost... very unprofessional. Everyone there is ghetto and doesnt care about their job one bit. If you absolutely have to go here plan on being here all day. Literally all day to get 2 tires put on .. I called for a simple question since one of those tires they gave me was faulty after 4 months and they never picked up the phone. Simply to ask if they had a tire in stock. 1st call stayed on hold for 5mins with service rep only saying hold please then put me on hold no one came came back to the phone.2nd call samething only held 3 minutes and I gave up.3rd call after holding for 3mins I finally get to ask if they had a the tire for my car. I was interrupted by the rep and told I needed to know the size they dont do make and model.Called the 4th time after looking up the size . rep placed me on hold for 9mins as she looked it up. Absolutely the worst customer service ever and Im an avid shopper at walmart. Sooooo disappointed

I went to the Wal-Mart auto center just to buy and put on 2 tires. It took over 3 hours just for them to bring the my car to the back. RIDICULOUS!!! Then if thats not bad enough I had to wait an additional 45min to an 1hour. Worst experience ever. Only come here if you have time to waste.

Absolutely the most ghetto circus ever, and the manager is their ring master.It was a HOT GHETTO TRAGEDY. I was the 4th person in line and front statedd they had discount tire, the elderly lady took 1 quick run and told me to look for it to see if she missed, so I hadto find my tire. The staffs run about all day fussing and apologizing about bad service and the zombie nonchalant manager looked like he was chosen from the top bumfight championship.
