The cleaners got some kind of blue dye all over a lavender summer dress of good quality, from New York and Company, I paid them to launder. I’m petite so my dresses have to go to a Taylor to get altered the correct way. CD One Price totally messed up my dress. I can never wear it again.

I put a couple of shirts 👕 in to be cleaned one of the shirts came back with something on it....I did not worry about wearing the shirt until It was time to be worn. I will admit the month passed by before I put it on thats when I noticed the stain. I took it back to show cd one and instead of being courtesy to me for all the years of business I had with the cleaners he made me pay for it again citing that I had waited to long to complain about it...CD one everyone dosent get clothes out of the cleaners and put the stuff on right away....it was just one shirt and all the money I spend there shouldve been taking into satisfaction...it shouldve been a free clean over

I ask for my jeans to have no starch and no creases. I told the lady who took my clothes 3 times no creases and when I picked my jeans up the had creases in them.

I prepaid to have around 10 shirts dry cleaned, and sent in a sweater for repair and cleaning. All of the white and light colored items came back dingy, and the sweater was returned with stains and was not repaired.

I brought in 8 items to be cleaned they were all done within 24 hours which was great! It was higher than I expected to pay, but that’s probably due to COVID. One of my items didn’t come out all the way clean but they explained that when I picked it up so I was aware. I’ll probably use the service in the future.

They loose your clothes and then give you a hard time reimbursing you for your items. The staff is horrible with bad attitudes.

I had a spot on my shirt, a tag was put on the spot. When I received my shirt the tag was still pinned on the shirt and it was not pressed.

I had 3 white items pressed for an event, all 3 items were brand new with tags on them. The young lady new that because she told me that I did not have to take tags off, that they would. When I picked up my items and got them home to get ready for the all white event that I was to attend, I found multiple blue stain marks on each item that I had brought in to be pressed, as if they used the same press for possibly some jeans or some other sort of blue clothing that was pressed prior to my items. Highly dissatisfied is an understatement.

I’ve been bringing my clothes here for a few years and most recently I’ve noticed the quality in the service has gone down considerably. The last few times I’ve brought my clothes home, I’ve noticed my clothes have a weird odor, sometimes they don’t seem thoroughly cleaned or pressed properly. I plan to try a new dry cleaner next week because I’m tired of the condition my clothes are returned to me.

Went to pickup my white dress and a black dress. To my amazement I found both dresses to be very poorly pressed, my white dress had a burn mark and they had placed a ticket on it which said I brought it in that way! I carefully cleaned the dress, using RIT whitener and wish I had taken a pic as proof that there was no burn mark on it. I was offered nothing not an apology, no remedy and definitely no remorse. I was told to leave it and pick it up the following day...I need the dress for an event the next day that I am attending out of town for a all white affair. Now I have no dress and no time to get another. I would never use this cleaners again. No offer to pay for my dress that is completely ruined!! No manager available to do anything according to the so called manager who was there, absolutely nothing..what are you going to do CD one price??

Had a complaint about button alterations done recently. Iliana promised to fix the problem. Called later that afternoon to let me know it was done. As a courtesy, she also fixed all other buttons on the jacket to unify the look. Excellent customer service.

CD ONE cleaners is the best cleaners that I have ever been to, even when I am standing in a long line, I enjoy the music. They have coffee for those who drink it, I would love for them to add soft drinks and I might try and live there. LOL

I have been to this cleaners a few times for my husband and every time I visit this establishment the customer service is poor. I had a issue with some garments and it was addressed by someone who may have been in a managerial role, she added a tag labeled special attention and labeled the specifics. Once the matter was resolved I thanked her; she did not respond and the cashier finished checking me out. This is probably the worse it has been as no one is very friendly and welcoming. Hopefully the matter is addressed and the service improves, until then I will be patronizing another dry cleaning establishment.

Havent had any problems over the past year of using them regularly (every 2 to 3 weeks).Lost two stars because they lost my garments. They were recovered after two days but I wont risk that again.Also not posting any more google reviews because they fire men who post their opinions. Even found a bing app to replace the google app on my phone - it works better too.

I used to love this place last year. Not anymore, i bought in my sweater in Saturday which i spilled hotdog on it. Regular proper cleaning would have got it out. It had a little tag on it saying something but i knew it could come out. I ask the employee can someone try again she politely took it to the grumpy lady in the back and she didn’t even try to be concern. I took my sweater to orland and boom got it back better than it before.
