This business is completely unresponsiveness. I have had issues in getting this business to respond to our calls on work that he advised he would come back to complete. I’ve had other family members with bad experiences as well. Continues to state they will call back and they never do.

We had many other businesses quote new windows for our house, but Hawkeyes price for the type of window we wanted installed was better. The window was installed properly and works very well. We also enjoyed their willingness to only put in one window at a time, so we can save for additional installations. This is something that other contractors did not seem interested in doing.We did have a couple concerns, but Hawkeye took them to heart and really tried to do what they could to ensure that we were taken care of. Honestly, that was probably the best part about the experience. Customer service goes a long way, and they did what was needed to ensure their customer was happy.We will definitely be looking at using them again.
