I took them an old sewing machine, purchased in 1959, which they cleaned and added a new belt. Now works great for granddaughters. Machine was ready in a few days and charge was fair. I highly recommend this firm.

My sewing machine gave up and nothing was working anymore. I dropped it off at the Bluffs sewing center and have just good things to say. Within a day he had my singer quantum humming again and the thread cutter working too. I highly recommend this place, very knowable technician and absolutely reasonable prices. Visited the store today to have my vacuum repaired, and the guy working was rude, and unprofessional. We will not use them in the future.*UPDATE*The owner of the store reached out and explained the situation. The person running the store at the time was not a regular employee. He made sure our concerns were addressed.

Quality repair and cleaning establishment for the maintenance and refurbishing of your Dyson and Hoover upright vacuum cleaners. Timely service. Quick turn-around. Good work. Works on many different varieties of both of these brands (including many I do not own). Price was reasonable and competent staff. Would recommend and I will utilize their services again.

They are phenomenal! While sewing face masks for nursing homes, my machine stopped! I was able to get it in and repaired in record time! Same day! You may not be able to get it the same day depending on the work done but it will be fast and great work!

My Dyson needed a repair so I called Bluffs, they said bring it in. I was expecting to drop it off and wait a week or more. I was impressed because they fixed it on the spot and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. While they fixed my vacuum, they also educated me on the parts, filters and vacuums in general (information that retail sales people wouldnt even know). A great experience that didnt break the bank. And as soon as Im ready for a new vacuum, that will be my place. Impressive stock of new and used vacuums!!

Bluffs sewing and vacuum is very knowledgeable and fair when it comes to repairs. I had taken apart my carpet cleaner--and couldnt get put back together. I struggled with it a couple of months, and was going to replace it when I contacted Bluffs Sewing and Vacuum. They looked at it and it was fixed and all put back together within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them when you run into problems with a high end vacuum or carpet cleaner.

Worst experience in my life, the staff was very polite when I called on the phone, however my unit was there for months for repair and nothing was completed. I would call and they would tell me one thing, I would call the company that sent me there to get it fixed, and when they called, it was a different story. The only thing i got was lies! I finally just picked up my unit and will take it somewhere else! Would not provide me with any information on my unit, beside telling me what was wrong, and it was not covered under warranty. I called the company, and they said i needed a claim number. I called this place, and they refused to give me the claim number. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this business. If i could, i wouldnt give it any stars.

Jason sold me a new Viking sewing machine at a very fair price after my 15 year old Janome gave out. He is very knowledgeable, and patiently explained the differences between various brands and models. He has also done quality repairs on other machines for me. I previously went to OK Sewing in Omaha, but Bluffs Sewing is now my go-to sewing center.

Literally worst experience I have EVER had with a business. Took my vacuum in under warranty to get one little part fixed. They called me after about 2 months and told me to come get it, then called back to tell me they gave that one to someone else who had been waiting longer. After over THREE months they say they are just ordering me a new vacuum. My mom picked it up and they let her know it is a refurbished one. I opened it up today and they ordered me the WRONG VACUUM. Terrible service and will be letting everyone know not to come here and how terrible of an experience I have had. Hopefully they can figure out how to get me my actual vacuum without taking 3 more months.
