I have always been a fan of PetSmart. I will admit, I envy going there because I want to adopt all of the animals, but I cant. Despite that, it is truly a great place to find anything for your pet. Food, toys, any essentials that they may need, you can find it there. I have never ran into an issue at PetSmart. It was my first time visiting this location, and I must admit, the store was very clean, organized, and I give a huge shout-out to the manager for having such polite and friendly employees.

The store is very organized. The time it took us to get the dog food and get checked out was very fast. The staff is always very pleasant.

Krissy and the staff are fantastic. Its clean, friendly, theyre educated and build a relationship with your pet. The talent alone is enough not to go elsewhere but they go above and beyond with a smile. So happy to go, my pet looks forward to it!

Small Pets Mart compared to other ones but it has everything you need and the workers were really friendly and helpful.

The store itself is fine. Usually have the products I need and the staff is helpful and friendly. Would not recommend grooming services, unless you want youre pup to look like it got in an argument with a weed eater. My girl looked OK, but my boys body trimming was VERY uneven (think 6 year old mowing a yard for the first time) ears and tails were not touched/trimmed at all. Also was told they cleaned their ears. After my girl spent the rest of the evening digging at her ear, I cleaned them myself. Maybe their idea of cleaning is just getting the inside of their ears wet and not actually cleaning or drying them. My girl is prone to ear infections and her ears were very dirty and irritated after returning home. :(

Kookie got a bath and brush, they even trimmed her dew claws. Staff in the salon was very kind and patient. When I went someone had brought in a siberian husky and even though it whined, cried and even tried to jump off the table other staff members jumped right in to help out. Love this place and the treats seem to be tasty as well.

My husband and I were just talking about how great this store was. We walked in today to get a few fish for my son. The lady said because we had a 5 gallon tank she would not sell to us. She never offered to show us any other tanks never asked if we were looking to get a new tank, a larger tank. Just flat out said no. When I mentioned that the fish we had were doing okay she legitimately said “I don’t care.” And then walked away. From now on I will be taking my business else where. Very rude, very unprofessional. Ill go get my larger tank and fish elsewhere. Way to prove people wrong.

It was difficult finding someone to help. The first person disappeared. The second person was helpful in getting what we needed but wasnt trained well on the needs of the animals we were looking at.

Ive taken my Bassethound here 5-6 times for grooming. Always had a Great Experience until our most recent visit. Staff was rude. Im 98% sure my pup only received a fraction of the services we paid for. His nails were almost untouched. He was wet when I picked him up & simply smelled like wet dog I paid EXTRA for the Top Dog Plus witch should have included a bath with top of the line shampoo & conditioner, blow-dry, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, nail trim AND grind, a cologne spirits & a bandanna. He was wet. No cologne was used. His nails were almost untouched. I cleaned his ears once we got home and I had to ask for the bandanna. Very disappointing. Time to find some place new.

The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly. I found what I needed after a little looking. The prices are pretty high, but its the only place to find some items. I was going to get some dry dogfood but the prices were way to high for me. They do have a large variety of dog food though. It is a nice place to shop.

Rude cashier played the game can i write a check/i dont know, can you write a check? with me. Then when I rephrased my question to his liking, told me that yes hed take my check ($127.00), then loudly said, oh my we have a problem.....Your store wouldnt accept my check. When I asked why, he told me I needed to call Certegy to find out. Why cant Petsmart tell me? Why am I calling Certegy (which i did)? They took all my private information ( which I stupidly gave) and then told me Id have to wait and get the response by mail......why cant i get an answer to a simple question?So unhappy and disappointed. Obviously i dont spend enough money with them? Anyway, Ill just order what I need from Amazon from now on; you havent had mealworms, or crickets the last three times Ive stopped....tired of hearing that youll have more on Thursday☹

Went in with a friend that wanted a new pet. The gentleman that helped us was very informational and pointed us in the right direction even though we left with nothing, he got us on the right track to do more information!

A very nice guy Ricky went out of the way help find things answer questions. When checking at other pet store was surprised a lot of things were sold out. Just keep going there from now on.

All of the employees are very friendly. Not a lot of selection in pet 1st aid materials, but thats because they dont want pet owners playing vet.

Got a guinea pig that we had to take right back due to a disease I dont remember at this point, BUT I got some fish here like a trillion years ago that are STILL ALIVE! I am baffled every day I go in to the office. Incredible fish. I dont think I have ever had problems outside the one guinea pig. Great place!

Pretty standard Petsmart experience. Consistent with Petsmart policy, but abysmal at the care, identification or sourcing of any exotic pets they sell. I realize this is corporate policy, so Im not detracting stars for the staffs behavior or standards. Only for corporate foolery.

My dog had a seizure in the lobby and they refused to give him water afterwards. Staff were not helpful or compassionate at all. Luckily a customer gave me a bottle of water to give him. I will be contacting corporate for a formal complaint.

The check-in process at the grooming salon is my biggest disappointment. It should not take so long and having to wait in line. I waited 35 minutes and missed a personal appointment because of the unexpected wait. This is the first time I’ve experienced this, perhaps it is not a normal occurrence.

This is where we get my Lhasa Apso, Izzy. Great service, friendly staff, along with knowledgeable staff!

Such a great place for pet lovers to pick up necessities within the area. Not idea for people looking for a wide range of animals; as their selection is limited/out of stock at a lot of times. But great for necessities and basic fish 🐟. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Again, only downside is their limited selection (ie, always out of hermit crabs, african frogs, etc).. But lovely place overall

I live an hour away and come to PetSmart at least once a week and the customer service reps usually recognize me and acknowledge my request personal. Great customer service attendance

Have gotten 2 hamsters here that are wonderful! Always have the right cat food for my Bengal cat and pet friendly so our german shorthair can cone with!

My cocker spaniel, Captain, is not very fond of being groomed and he is easily distracted by other dogs. Chrissy did an excellent job getting him groomed and especially his nails they are fantastic. Captain hates to have his nails done. Captain looks fabulous and he was groomed in such a wonderful timely manner. Chrissy is an amazing groomer & person😁

Chubbs got haircut and bath today. They do a great job with him, they talk to him and he talks back.

This is our go-to location for all our pets culinary needs. Has been since the store first opened. We see no legitimate reason to change. Our kids would go on a hunger strike if we did!!! 😺🐶👍🏻

Relatively helpful employees, somewhat lacking in feeder insect options / quality

I found the lines to be a bit long and instead of waiting in line ordered what I saw on the PetSmart website and took the dog in to look around while we picked up the items we ordered.

Long lines, only 2 checkers. I know its Christmas and social distancing but this was worse than Walmart. Took longer to check out than it did to shop. Checker was very nice and helpful!

My only complaint is the lack of pets. Where did the reptiles go, the gerbils, the hamsters?My little girl left there pretty disappointed this weekend, please fix this guys.

Service not so great this time.If your looking for a kitten or a cat they have the cutes.

They didnt have empty boxes in the liquor department like I wanted but I had to do some shopping for groceries anyway. This is a huge store with many varieties of most foods. Some but not all customers wearing masks. Meat department is great and love the Iowa pork chops with stuffing.

Just about anything you need for any type of pet. People are super ffriendly and helpful. Prices are not the cheapest, but generally the quality is high. They also have grooming services, but I did not use those.

Needs bigger selection but overall not bad

1st time using curbside pick-up. There was no sign directing me where to park and when I called the store, she asked if I was by the sign... and about two seconds later, never mind, the sign is inside. She did come out immediately, though.

Adopted a cat here and hes doing great. Hes been amazing in our new home and loves his new companion. I have a better review left when i wrote one for the adoption review. Overall i like my experience here. My reptile sometimes gets let down with no bugs left or maybe some packages having to many dead bugs, but idk thats probably not avoidable...

Great place to get anything for our dog. Employees are always helpful if you can find one, seem to be under staffed, but if you find one stalking shelves they always stop and help.

I visit at least once a week between my cats and my fish. They sometimes have stuff I need and sometimes don’t. I wish they carried schiem products like they did a couple months ago instead of API.

We usually go here to get our dogs nails clipped. Usually its quick, but there was a 3 hour wait so we went the next day. Clean store and our dog loves to walk the aisles and pick out treats.

I liked the varieties, price wise, of Cat food. The Associates were very friendly.

Great place to go for anything pets!! I especially love that they carry pet safe ice melt during the winter! It gives me peace of mind knowing my dog will be safe going down our deck steps in the winter. I also love the selection of toys for our dog as well!

The 2 girls were very helpful. They knew everything to help us keep our lizard and crickets. Customer service was amazing they were very kind and understanding seemed like they loved what they did.

Stopped at Per Smart on our way to pick you a new puppy we purchased. We had a great shopping experience, from the gentleman at the register to a nice lady that helped us find everything we needed and even met an awesome trainer that works there before we left. Everything fell into place.

Will NEVER go here again. Every time we make an appoint they f* up and either forget to put it in or put wrong date. Got reminder email for correct day and time but they didn’t have it right. This store is terrible. Go to a different Pet Smart.

Helped me choosing the right food turned out to be wrong but definitely a start in the right path
