Oh boy, we had the crappier load you can imagine: 7 hours detention at the shipper, 3 days layover at the receiver. Things that as I understand are out of the broker’s control. Our agent Jon kept his word every time and stood with us every single step of the way, his communication and compassion though the whole situation felt real and professional. I would work and recommend anyone working with BAT...thank you guys!

Great company and great people. They canceled my load on Friday afternoon because of miscommunication between their dispatch and our driver. Yes, we lost a day and messed up drivers weekend, but they called later and apologized and promised to add extra money to next load. Not a lot of honest people left in this business but this broker certainly is.

Im not one to compliment brokers usually... but after last night i MUST give 5 stars to Steve. A rare thing in this industry, a honest broker.Arrived on site for a pick up last night in NY, was informed by shipper it was a 5 to 6 hour wait for a door, which not only ate my hours but would force me to miss my delivery appointment.Called Steve and he told me that he couldnt reschedule the delivery until the next day, but then told me he would prefer to pay me truck ordered truck unused because THE RECIEVER I WAS GOING TO IS NOTORIOUSLY DIFFICULT AND MIGHT NOT RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY UNTIL MONDAY 6 DAYS AWAY.Now drivers.... honestly, how many brokers would be honest about this? In my experience brojers will say anything to keep you on a load and deal with the blowback and problems later. This company actually foresaw an issue with the load, and actually suggested to take a small payout TO PULL OFF the load just to avoid issues.5 stars to BAT, and i will pull any load for this guy at anytime. Honesty from brokers is a rarity today.Also: didnt have to make 1 single call requesting for payment for the truck ordered/ not used, was sitting in the fax machine when my dispatcher got to work today.Thank you BAT we need more brokerages like you

Setup done and received the rate con, after my truck was already rolling to the pickup they call and tells that you are not approved by RMIS, guess what, RMIS is telling that no issues from their side, think twice before booking a load with them

BAT Logistics took care of my me! I dont ship much freight but that didnt matter to them. They treated me as if i were the largest shipper in the industry. They even saved me money while treating me very good

Picked up a load took 13 hours and this guys didnt even care and gave no detentionI cant beleive how careless they are . we got a driver who didnt eat, waited in his truck 13 hours this ridiculous plus NO Detention !!??

They well cheat you out detation pay they cheated me out 9 1/2 hrs of it dont take loads for them i give them -20 stars
