The CSRs say 1 thing at the beginning over the phone to make a report. When the time comes that theyre suppose to be at the specific location to do what they said was going to be done/they said they were going to send a tech to (numerous times), the techs never showed up.I stopped my landline & internet service with Centurylink years ago (the only reason I tried their service is because my neighbor had it). There internet service is to slow & they wasted a lot of my time like they did last week regarding getting CSA on the service I had with them.
The building is difficult to find, they have no sign that says their name and they are not currently open due to coronavirus.
