The employees there are so rude. No matter in person or on the phone. Thought this place was for people who needed help. I received the opposite. Will never recommend anyone here.

No appointments can be made. They expect you to sit around for hours until the time is available. Great if you don’t have a job. Terrible way to conduct services.

AFTER filling out all the appropriate paperwork, PAYING for the service, and going through the intake process - which took an hour and half, I was turned away because I dont live in Iowa. Who turns down someone looking for help? This company seems to be more worried about money then helping those in need. VERY disappointing!

Horrible experience. If you need counseling do not go here. Waited 4 hours. They took my private personal information in a hurried (counseling session?) Did not help me at all. I requested to see a doctor and was told it was a 3 month wait. Waste of time and money. I missed a whole day of work. I will never go back there.

Shittiest treatment center ive ever been to. Ive been to 28 of them now. Havent touched my drug of choice in 8 years and they still recommended treatment. If you need an eval go elsewhere.

Doesnt even deserve a 1 star! Supervisor is very rude and doesnt care about your situation! Some of the staff was trying to be accommodating to my schedule but the supervisor does not!!!! Only a walk in service doesnt take appointments! Who cares if you have to work or not!!!!!

When it come to completing theyre course they do not work with you. Seems like you have to leave a message just to get someone to talk to you about anything when call there. Probably be better to go all the way there in person just to talk to someone

Great for Therapy and mental health medications. The case managers are kind and caring.

Horrible. They dont work with anyone and purposely act like they could care less about you. They dont deserve one star at all. I dont suggest this place for anyone. Nothing but rude people. Someone should teach them manners.

I feel it is a great place for substance abuse and other counciling services.

This place is horrible. My boyfriend took classes here and they did not work well with him at all and they don’t ever answer their phones or return any of your calls/voicemails.

Overcrowded and long wait time for personal appointments

My son had a appointment at 6 pm and due to holiday hours they were closed, why did they schedule an appointment when they were closing early or if they decided to close early why did they not call and reschedule, he made the appointment a month ago which is court ordered!

Proceed with SERIOUS caution.
