Candella is a very intuitive, helpful, knowledgeable, and helpful therapist. I contacted her after witnessing my child get hurt in a traumatic accident and she helped me work through my fear and anxiety surrounding that. I also did EMDR with her to process the experience. I was nervous about it but she explained it in several different ways as well as the science behind it which was very helpful to me. One session of EMDR really helped my sleep - I stopped having so many nightmares and overall felt like my anxiety wasnt controlling my thoughts anymore during the day. Every time I talk with her, she gives me a tool or piece of advice that is really helpful. I know it must be a difficult job to listen to other peoples problems all day long, but she really remains even-keeled and stable throughout our sessions. Weve had most of our appointments over video chat because of the pandemic, and I appreciate that she offers that ability. I think it can be really challenging to find a therapist that fits you, but Candella is just fantastic!

After 50 years of therapy, Candella has been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s very kind, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and easygoing. She’s saved my life too many times to say. I really don’t know what I’d do with out her!!

I have worked with Candella for over a couple of years now and if I can tell you anything, she is consistent. Candella loves what she does and is always looking for other ways in which she can help her clients to grow. She will literally meet you where you are mentally and emotionally and help you to reach new levels that you never imagined for yourself. Best therapist I have ever gone to! Kind hearted, but firm with you when you really need her to be, and who doesnt need that balance in therapy? You can tell how much she really cares about you. The effort she makes to make you comfortable, safe, and relaxed, each time she sees you is amazing. I was stuck in a really tough situation and I was at a road block emotionally and mentally because of it. She helped me work through those layers so quickly that I didn’t even know I was working through my situation. I’m definitely in a better place to handle my problems in a healthier manner.
