Not helpful at all and very unprofessional and rude would not recommend to anyone.

I visited the office for testing, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, they were incredibly loud during my testing. I had the door closed and earbuds in to help with the loud chatter and I could still hear their personal conversations very clearly. It likely effected my overall scores. It was very evident that the staff didnt even attempt to be mindful of testers. I opened my door, in hopes the staff would quiet or end their conversation and they just closed my door and continued. I hope others have a better testing experience.
