I went here to look at a computer that I was interested in and the staff was helpful and all. The issue was that they were trying to add all of these extra expenses and other useless garbage to the purchase and refused to let me just order the computer by itself. I left and instead ordered it online and everything was fine. If you’re looking for other simple items you should be fine though.

I went here to get some stuff printed for my wife and Is pregnancy announcement. Sarah and Nick back in the printing department were super friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and astonishingly fast. I was in and out in no time, with products that will create memories to last a life time. My wife and I are over the moon with how happy we are.

Good quality prints, but terrible service. After 2 times of very slow service I decided to call ahead to have my prints done. The nice representative assured me it would take about an hour. After 5 hours I went in to pick up my prints but they had not even been started. Very frustrating especially when trying to minimize exposure during covid-19.

Great customer service! Had a print job that they completed quickly and correctly and had an overall great experience. Shopped the store and found good deals on back to school supplies and had great customer service there also.

Great for emailed coupons. I needed help getting it done and they were very helpful. Clean store, stocked up and friendly employees. I recommend you go there and get copies, colored pens, office paper... etc.!!

I gave a 1 because it didnt let me put in a zero. This Store shows the worst customer service that anyone could ask for. I called to ask a question. 1st call answered and hung up on me, 2nd time the same, 3rd time the same . 4th time they answered, I was sent over to TOM, I asked him for a product, he put me on hold, 10 minutes later a young lady came on asked if she could help me, I told her I was waiting for TOM, Put me back on hold, 10 minutes later still no answer from TOM. I stopped shopping at Best Buy for their bad customer service, NOW it looks like I stop shopping at OfficeMax/ Office Depot for the same reason. They proved to me they have to much money to care about customers.

Stopped at 9 am on a Saturday morning. Womens bathroom was disgusting. One stall closed as out of order, the 2nd stall had a bunch of paper towels in the toilet bowl & 3rd & last toilet had not been flushed & there was stool stuck on the side of the toilet bowl. Floor was dirty. I highly doubt the bathrooms got trashed that early by 9 am Saturday morning as there were 2 employees & 3 customers in the store. And, when I went to the print counter to get some booklets 3 hole punched, I was told they dont do that. Seriously?!

I was amazed on the staff the friendliness and the willingness to help highly recommended Im talking about the Council Bluffs Office Max just awesome it was highly recommended. Was having difficulties trying to find a particular item that I need it and I was a young man and a young lady there that I cant remember their names but very helpful very very helpful.

Very helpful staff member in the copy center. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and they got me very well taken care of.

I would avoid this place if you need to send anything via FedEx. The young girl they had behind the counter was rude, and had no idea what she was doing. Wanted to charge me over $100 to ship a document overnight. When we went to a FedEx run store, the cost was only $28.Associate acted like it was a bother to help.

Gave 1 Star because 0 or half isn’t an option...Dropped off some things to be copied at 9am Saturday and requested to pick them up that evening - since I was told they wouldn’t have a print person there til 2... never received a phone call that my order was ready. Called the next day at 4pm to make sure it was ready before driving over. They didn’t even have my order started and I was told it would be awhile because “I just got like 15 orders in but I can call when we are about to close and let you know how many I have done”I waited another whole business day and went at 5pm on Monday only to find out my order STILL had not even been started! How disappointing... i took my things and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Couldnt find what I wanted, but I was rescued by a WONDERFUL employee (cant remember his name) but he found me a pack of the 4-color pens I needed.

Emailed my file and order for prints to be made. Upon arrival I was told by the gal working the printing area she did not know how to make copies from a pdf and that her manager Lance did not know how to either.Stopped at the cashier on my way out to ask if any employee working knew how to make prints and if the manager was available. She said the manager was busy in the back office and that it may be a while before he would be able to speak with me.I cant believe a business such as this would hire people and not train them appropriately, or have the basic skills to upload a document and print. It would have been easier to buy the cardstock and print it at home. Super disappointed

The sales people are really helpful and take some time with you showing you different choices. Love the place will go back to shop.

I used the print and fax group and good job to both clerks who helped me. Service was friendly and approachable. Many of the sale items were a good value. Virtually anything I looked at that arent on sale wet above normal retail rates based on local competition. Two clerks approached me to see if I needed additional help. The two items I was browsing for an extension cable for a wired headphone with a male and female end and a USB A cable with both ends the original USB A style neither was an item they carried. The wireless headphones were about 25% above what their local competitors offered and selection was very limited.

Needed 2 copies of blueprints printed. 9 sheets each. Sent the pdf on Saturday at 10am. Was told it would be done by 7pm. After a wasted 30 min trip they ended up being done at 4pm the following day.When I stopped in to pick them up, each sheet (2ft x 3ft) was individually rolled. They said to go through each one because they might have messed up. I had to unroll each sheet and collate them in order which took about 20 minutes. Two workers watched me but didnt offer to help. Not even unroll the remaining sheets.In the end I had both copies but had an extra trip in and I had to organize it. Next time I will go to staples. Longer drive but it is cheaper and they make sure their work is correct, not make their customers finish the service being paid for.Office Max/Depot are not getting any more of my business.

Waiting in line to drop off a few Fedex packages. Waiting in line 10-15 mins while there was one gentleman working the print center. Never once said we will be right with you or let me get someone here to help. Walk up front of the store 3 employees just tending there. Do not go here if you are dealing with Fedex. I will pass this on to Fedex.
