I like the remodel. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didnt take too long, maybe about an hour.Wish there were more snacks in the waiting room, though the beverage selection was diverse. Couldnt figure out the coffee maker, though.

There is nice people who take good care of cars and people I use get there for a key program but the machine was not working not connecting with my car they told me another day Ill be another appointment but I need to leave my car for 3 days Im just thinking about if go or not I need my car everyday

This is the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Cody Jackson was great. He was very professional at all times. He was very honest and straight forward with all aspects of this purchase. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months just to do a transfer box & transmission change. On a 2 year old vehicle, 2019 Hyundai Kona, the transmission just failed. Even though it was mechanical failure that was entirely on the manufacture it took weeks just for them to start work on my vehicle. Due to rental shortages I was left without any vehicle for over a month, they got me one on the last week before they “should” be done.When the work was done they took it for a final test drive & then proceeded to damage my fender hitting something in the lot. Now I have another week to wait for those repairs. This has been a miserable experience and I wouldn’t recommend the Edwards dealerships to my enemies.This is not the first set of problems I’ve had with this dealership. They made mistakes on an oil pan fix, earlier on the year, multiple times over. Both me and my family have purchased half a dozen vehicles, or so, from the Edwards group over the last 5-7 years and this will be the final vehicle purchased through them.

I sold my car here and worked with Bryan Arroyo. It was an excellent experience. The process was very fast, and once it was completed gave me a ride home. He also hand delivered my check for the car when the dealership wrote it out, a 30 min drive. I would recommend working with Bryan.
I had trouble getting put on the list for a rental car for a while. I had to wait two weeks a few times but besides that my experience was amazing. Parts took a while to come in but I was updated on any info they knew. Over all I’m happy

We recently had some communications with Edwards CDJR about selling them a used vehicle and unfortunately they ended up seeming like pretty cliche used car sales people. The person we had been speaking with wasnt at the dealership so someone else filled in only to tell us the price the first person quoted us was a typo. I totally understand that thats the game - if you get a person to come into the store, that person is most likely not going to walk away and will take the hit for the price they slashed. We walked. It was a complete waste of our time. In a day and age where they tell you a used car sells for more than a new car, leave it to a used car dealership like Edwards to flat out lie that nah, things are turning back around.
They were great with their customer service skills. Only issue once I got my car back they didn’t plug the radiator fan back in causing overheating. You can tell the part was not put back in. Outside of that, Ethan was great with his customer service even offered a free service for delay. Just hoping in the future they place parts back where found if not apart of the reason for bringing in.

Worked with Alexander on getting a truck for work and in my trusted opinion, ask for this guy if you get a vehicle here. He was very cool, always put me (the customer) first and assessed my needs on the vehicle needed. Answered all questions asked without ease. I was in there and out with the vehicle in one day!! Came in on a Monday afternoon and was out, all paperwork done, vehicle washed and inspected by the end of the day!
Really disappointed in the service department. Went in to get some side step rails put on and they ended up scratching my truck along the bottom. Called several times to get issue resolved keep getting voicemails and noone is taking the initiative to contact me back and resolve this issue. Brand new truck and people are so careless. Update…. They have reached out and are resolving the issue. Thank you!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment just to be told I need to take it to a Ford dealership to get the correct diagnosis and the wait for that was 2-3 weeks. They wrote my contract up wrong when I purchased the vehicle, gave me an extended warranty that expired 2 months after I bought the vehicle (not what I asked for or agreed too). Also after coming in 3 times since purchasing my truck to ask for a spare key I finally got it done. Nothing I brought the truck in to get fixed was fixed at all. For the love of God don’t buy a vehicle here or bring it for any maintenance.
I had my leased 20 Jeep Cherokee in for service June 10. This was my first experience with Edwards service dept. Ethan Grace was my advisor. He did an excellent job telling what they would be doing and was very patient answering my questions. I hope Ethan is available my next service need.

The experience of buying my first car was pretty frustrating until I contacted the Edwards Dodge dealership. The term white glove service comes to mind when describing the customer service, negotiation, trade in, and total package when working with them. I was treated as more than a customer in the short time it took us to find what we had been looking for, for weeks with other dealerships. Alex was amazing to work with and has shown his care doesn’t stop once you leave the lot with your vehicle, it continues beyond that. I highly recommend looking at Edwards if you are in the market for a vehicle.
I had been driving without a working fuel lever sensor in my fuel pump for over a year. Edwards Chrysler Dodge had been recommended to me by a friend. They treated every customer I saw there very professionally.Yes, its well worth the drive to Council Bluffs. The service was stress free, including the transportation shuttle home and return pickup to the dealership after service was done. Ive experienced many dealers that do not want to pick you up when service is done.Everything was explained and approved in advanced. While there, I also asked for a complete diagnostic report, oil change, and to check for any Dodge Ram Recall notices to be addressed. My car was returned within the timeframe promised & vaccumed. They now have a new loyal customer.☺️
Service was very poor for a recall on my minivan. long wait to order the part, they screwed up during installation so my van was held up at their lot for over a week. service rep hinted it would have been fixed sooner if it was private pay.

I had a few hiccups after leasing my new truck, this was my first lease. After sitting down with David Jones and getting a lot of clarification on the paperwork, I feel much better about the numbers and the other concerns that I had. David took time out of his busy day and sat with me for over an hour to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. If you are thinking about leasing or buying for the first time, I would highly recommend going and talking to David, he is there to help!

Upon arrival at Edwards Jeep Service area, I walked through a cloud of smoke from the smoking area to be located right in front of the entrance to the dept. During a time such as Covid, it was very frustrating to me, as the potential for spreading the virus to anyone who enters is a huge health hazard.Going into the service area, you are greeted by the sales team. They seem nice, but I feel like I was inconveniencing them. You trust their team to fix your car, but it would be nice to have a little fluff or personality when spending over $800.00. Didnt receive a have a good day or thanks for trusting us with your vehicle or a nice take-away that I have had at other businesses.My vehicle drove home fine after the work was completed. On my way into work the next morning, a very loud rattling noise appeared under the hood of my car. I had to carefully turn around and drive home to see what was going on. After my husband and I looked around, we found a large tool left inside my engine area, wedged so we couldnt retrieve it. I had to then get a ride to work, and wait in hopes of having someone come either tow it or have a tech come take the tool out.I dont have a good taste in my mouth after this experience at Edwards.

Recently my car was stolen and I was finally able to begin a search for a new or new to me vehicle. I filled out an inquiry online and Jessica went above and beyond for me. She sent a driver to pick me up from an hour away and take me all the way there! Upon arrival she made it point to get me in something I’d be over the moon to get and drive home and add to the family! Super comfy, dependable, accommodating, good mileage, spacious and SAFE! I am rather disappointed in this dealership. Their website listed a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for $12,999.00. I called and spoke with Brian who confirmed the price and I paid a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle until the weekend as I would be traveling from out of state to purchase it. Brian then called me yesterday to advise that engine issues were discovered and that the vehicle was no longer for sale. I continued my search for a Jeep Wrangler just to find this morning that the same Jeep they were selling for $12,999.00 did not have engine issues but has just increased in price to $18,999.00. Sounds like someone messed up on the pricing when originally listing it. Just know that when working with this dealership that pricing can change or lies can be told and there is not a thing you can do about it.

All in all it was a good experience. But this is the very first time Ive bought a vehicle ( new or used) that the gas was not full. I found that to be very cheap and a bit petty for a reputable dealership.

Helpful they try hard to get you in a vehicle, but I need an SUV or a pickup to pull a trailer and didnt get approved for either one just a Hyundai sonata sport witch wont pull a trailer. So Im just a little disappointed ☹️

Bait and switch lease tactics. They continue to advertise a lease special for the 2021 Warlock on their website even though they do not have any stock to support it. Instead, I was offered an alternate lease option for $100+ more a month as they sold the last vehicle last week. The true definition of bait and switch. The fact that the sales person didnt tell me this up front or even attempt to save the sale is proof that they know theyre in the wrong. I had planned to return to Edwards to lease a new vehicle since my current lease is done and my previous experience with them was smooth and had very clear terms. Ive leased many vehicles over the years and never encountered anything quite like this. I wouldnt normally take the time to go this in depth with a complaint, but this is very disingenuous and I just hope others dont fall into the trap.
My Daughter bought a car from Eddie Jr. A few weeks ago. I would like the thank the entire team for helping her out. My Toyota lease is up in 8 months and I will definitely be going to Edwards CDJR to get my next vehicle. You guys have my family for life.
