They were quick, friendly, and professional when coming to my home for a quote, also extremely reasonable - a smidge cheaper than another company I had gotten a fast quote on. Not only that, Alvin, was thorough and explained to me what I needed and why. The team that came to install my new furnace and AC were on time, on the DOT, and were extremely professional, quick, friendly, and did a great job. I would highly recommend RJ Nelson if you need a new furnace and air conditioner!

Great service! Was able to get in same day as service needed, quick motor install for the AC unit. Tyler was a breeze to work with, honest and recommended me a type of filter from the unit that would keep our issue from happening again.

I would not recommend this company. I had someone come out to look at my a/c, took him 30mins to tell me I needed a new a/c unit & quoted me $6000+ & then charged me $248+ for nothing. I called someone I knew to have it fixed. Charged me $200, & all I needed was a new fan inside the a/c unit. Next time send someone thats going to repair my a/c. Not a saleman.

We contacted RJ Nelson last Friday when we were having an issue with our AC. They had someone out first thing on Saturday to take a look at it. The employee was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem and very informative as to what the issues were. I would highly recommend RJ Nelson to anyone as they were very polite, professional and got the job done!

Ive had RJ Nelson out to my house twice, the latest was an after hours call on New Years Eve and they showed up when they said they were going to and had the part on hand. Both times the service technicians have been awesome and will explain to you what it is going on. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! My AC wasnt working so I called them on a Saturday. The tech, I think his name was Scott, called me back and troubleshooted with me over the phone. We figured out the problem. My 3 year old son turned off the switch to our furnace. I switched it back on, and voila our air is back on! He helped save me a service charge. I appreciate the help and I will use them if I need them!

I searched for 24 HOUR AC service when I got home and my house was 90 degrees. When I finally got a call back 2 hours later I was told they would not come out that day. I dont understand how a company can advertise 24 hours and not be 24 hours. I give this company ZERO STARS, but it would not let me post this without choosing one star. I would never use this company for anything.

After they inspected and found the problem...I had to call them for any answers and orders...went with another company.
