Took $500 from my account without notice 5 months after I cancelled the account. Refuses to tell me when/if I will get a refund. Doesn’t return my phone calls or emails, doesn’t communicate. Doesn’t care that my small business needs this money. Claims USPS is holding my funds yet cant produce any files on it. Said it can take the money because my account wasn’t “cancelled” yet I have no access to the online portal to check my account. This place is an absolute joke.
Very bad customer experience. Their platform is very hard to use for the payments options and instead of helping you to resolve the issue, they close your account and leave you alone.
We had an issue with USPS and a specific shipment, and the staff at XPS were very helpful. Great customer service and they were able to reimburse part of the shipping costs for us.

The shipping aspect is okay. When we closed our account, however, was when the fun began. The account was closed on January 10th with a balance owed to us. Would we get a refund? Yes we were told. Today is April 2nd. Through about 1/2 dozen phone calls over the past three months, we were given one excuse after another as to why a check wasnt sent to us. They are either completely incompetent or consummate liars and dishonest. I suspect the latter. Ive complained to the BBB and the Attorney General of State of Utah about this dishonest company.
Great company and Shipping Software for the online and home base businesses. Also great for big business for their shipping needs!!
