I came to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection done to renew my tags at the DMV. I was seen as soon as I arrived, they took my car in, and I was able to rest comfortably in the air conditioned area while the check was done.It took very little time and before I knew it they were cleaning the windshield and letting me know about a few small light issues they had found.They asked if I wanted help correcting them today and I declined. They asked nothing else, and didnt put on the hard sell which I appreciated a lot.Then I was on my way, having taken less than 30 min from start to finish. I will definitely be back to have my car serviced again.

They were right on the needs explained everything,they were busy but quickly took care of my oil change when it was my turn.it seem well managed location efficient. Was pleased I will return to this location in the future.

The team and service at the 1300 East 7200 South location is excellent. They are informative polite and professional . The lead mechanic reviewed the services they provide and was not pressing me to take services I didn’t need. They are friendly and answered my questions genuinely interested in helping. I plan to return to this location for my inspection and other services. I think the next time I will take a dozen donuts to show my appreciation of their great service.

I take my car here for minor repairs and for oil changes, and every time I go on a trip I always take it in and the check my fluids and tires for free! I really appreciate their professionalism and warm welcome. They are always friendly and helpful.

Had to get my emissions done and new stickers for my plates. I go through the process with Colton.Sadly colton made me pay for the wrong car and the wrong registration, I had to drive all the way back so I could give the sticker back and then I got a pat on the back. And “there’s nothing we can do for ya”Appreciate the professionalism and the way your employees handle emissions.He had one job and probably the easiest job to do. I appreciate them telling me not to get a transmission flush and that it would make my transmission worse. I dont appreciate an $85 oil change when its just semi synthetic, thats twice as much as it should cost. My car has 220,000 miles on it and they put my next jiffy lube oil changes due at 207,494.

This Jiffy Lube location is excellent. Had oil changes in two of my vehicles on the same day. Quick turnaround, professional review of findings, no upselling pressure and did a great job all around. i highly recommend Christian and his team!

Some of the service on my SUV isnt common. Technicians at this location were aware of those differences. I like that I can watch unlike at a dealership. Customer service is friendly and effective. Always seem to have many customers.

Its about the only oil change place I trust any longer. A far as I know, they do good work.

These guys squeezed me in two minutes before closing when I was in a pickle. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their kindness to stay a little past 7 to help me out. They were courteous throughout. The customer area was clean and stocked. Plus the tv was on something interesting. Thanks again!

I can in for a free oil top off a few weeks after my oil change. They were so nice and went above and beyond—cleaned my windows, checked my tire pressure/refilled my tires, checked the other fluids. Friendly staff and efficient services. I will return to this location!

I asked for the same oil change as last time. They tried to up sell me on the more expensive oil. They tried to blame the increase in cost on covid, like everything else. Ask for a price before it’s swapped out.

I came to Jiffy Lube to have my car inspected for renewal of my registration. I got right in and it took 10 minutes to complete the work. All I had to do was change the air filter. The service was awesome. Very friendly and personable with the man at the register.

They are good and convenient and quick (which is really what we are looking for) but a bit pricey on parts (filters, etc.) when compared to on-line or discount auto parts stores.

Didnt have to wait long, but just had emissions done and car registration.

The staff was really helpful and worked really fast. I got an oil change for $90, an engine filter for $40, and they gave me a new cab filter for free. Ill definitely be coming here again.

They may not have the lowest prices around, but they almost always offer coupons on most services that bring the cost down. They also offer on the spot car registration renewals (including emissions and safety checks) at this location.

Great communication as to wait times and what was being done. No pressure to purchases services or products. Very friendly and bent over backwards with a last minute tail light replacement request.

I bring all of our family vehicles here. They are fast, they do good work and they dont try to cram a bunch of stuff down my throat - but keep me up to date on stuff I may need.

I’ve been over there multiple times in the past weeks with some part issues. They were wonderful! The manager Cody was very informative and gave me the info I needed while trying to help me save money on the parts in my searching. They educated me on the matter which I really appreciated. Great crew and got me in as fast as they could while communicated the work they were doing right then so I would understand how long they would take.

Super friendly employees.I pulled up to this location on my lunch break because I noticed one of my tires was drastically different in psi. So I thought maybe they could possibly help me out by filling it up w/air. ??? Surprisingly enough, I was instantly greeted by a younger gentleman w/super blond hair, short nice haircut, & told him, one of my tires was really low, & if he would be kind enough to possibly fill it for me?... W/no hesitation, he replied absolutely. So i pulled up, he checked all 4 tires, made them consistent. & told me to have a nice day. I was so pleased that he was so willing to help me, even though they were working on other vehicles that were actually getting serviced there.Its pretty rare to find people so willing to help, & be friendly about it. All for free! If I could have tipped him, I would have.I never did get his name. Quick and reliable service. They havent been pushing the upsells as much lately as they used to, which I really like. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. Convenience store right next door so you can walk over and pick up some snacks while you wait. Last time I was here the tech was nice enough to use their ODB reader to pull the codes from my car and reset my check engine light. Great service, great attitude

Had my alternator replaced at another location which failed to do their due diligence. Was still having issues, so I went in to have the battery tested hoping that maybe it just needed replaced after the alternator issue. Battery tested fairly low. They got me in and out quickly. Friendly staff and were very helpful.

Of course, they told me all the things they recommend replacing or that are close to needing replaced. Of course its all very expensive. Thats the nature of cars. They were fast. Explained everything, how it works, why its in need of repair, and all of the costs and recommendations are on the manufacturers information. They were honest, quick, and professional and i recommend going there. Unless you have a friend that will do things cheaper and truly knows what they are talking about, theres not a better place.

The staff at this location is always performing a fantastic job. I have 3 vehicles that I regularly have oil changes done on and the service is always fast and accurate. Great professional service.

Terrible service, poor communication and outlandishly slow turnaround on getting cars through. If that wasn’t enough, the manager refused to follow any sort of social distancing. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Despite my willingness to give a business a few chances, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this place!

This was the first time I didn’t have to fend off 6,000 obnoxious questions plugging additional unnecessary services when all I want is an oil change. I believe the manager there at the time was named Will—props to him for being quick, friendly, and facilitating perfectly what should be a simple thing—just getting your dang oil changed. I can’t speak for the Jiffy Lube Franchise, but if you go to this location and see the name “Will” on your attendant’s name tag, then you’re in good hands. (Also, my plastic undercarriage/splash guard piece was starting to get a little saggy and shredded—Will noticed right when I was getting ready to leave and they zip-tied it up for me).

They were to busy to assist with an emissions test. Apparently short staffed (2) visible people working with one car. I understand being short staffed but the guy seemed pleased to send me elsewhere and not even bother to assist. Poor customer service!

Yes I went in for a synthetic oil change on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee the service was great price was really reasonable the technician was knowledgeable and offered me good thing for my motor really happy

The last 2 times Ive taken my car for oil change, I drive away to find problems. Once we got home and saw oil leaking. (They tightened the oil plug too tight and broke the seal) The second time we asked them to check all the fluid, they said the oil was a little low but everything looked good. They didnt have the oil I normally use and said it was okay to use other oil. About a week later my check engine light came on. I took my car to the dealership and found that someone stripped the camshaft cap and it did some damage and pressure issues. I had to pay over $1,339 to get that fixed. Ill never go to jiffy lube again..

Always a good experience and the upselling doesnt feel forced or icky. They explain things clearly and I always feel comfortable saying no and taking care of easy stuff at home. Free oil top off is a great service too.

Took my car in for an oil change and to ask about a start up issue I was having and I was pretty much blown off. I asked again and they said they would test the starter and battery (which I dont think they did) I was told they tested them and both were fine. Continued to have a start up problem and took my car to a mechanic. The battery was bad. They took zero time and didnt seem concerned in the least about the issues I was having. 0/5

I usually dread going to jiffy lube but the team that was there today was great. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. I never felt I was being up-sold to (something I absolutely dread when coming to jiffy. It often comes across as scamy and like I’m being taken advantage of) I didn’t feel that way at all during today’s visit. In face they double checked to make sure the issue I was having was in fact cause by the radiator. That way I didn’t end up coming back and spending more money (which surprise I don’t have! I’m a ski bum!) several of the guys are Subaru enthusiasts and it showed. They knew what they were doing and the service was amazing! Only jiffy lube I will ever go to from now on!!!

I had a tire going flat and could not find an air chuck next door at Maverik... So, I pulled up to the first bay and a gentleman named Keaton greeted me. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help with a smile (even though he had a mask on I could tell 😉). Keep rockstars like Keaton around because that is what will keep your business alive and flourishing, thank you again Keaton!!!

I went over for an emissions test so pretty simple procedure. Unfortunately I had to wait for probably 20-30 minutes to get in which was a bummer but it didnt seem like it was necessarily their fault... The car in front of me just was having something done that took longer. It was my first ever time at a jiffy Lube and it wasnt terrible. I can see the appeal but I think Id still rather go somewhere else for most of my car work. The man in charge when I was here was great. Very nice and knowledgeable and was sorry I had to wait so long. So this location was good. The service I had was good the staff was nice but my personal preference will be to go elsewhere.

I usually don’t have issues with jiffy lube, but this time I wasn’t so lucky. They pulled their usual BS, showing me parts of my car and telling me that it should be replaced and whatnot and I told them no as always. They told me that I was a little low of coolant and they they wouldn’t charge me for it... I got my bill, which was about $30 above the advertised price and of course, they charged me for the coolant I didn’t ask for along with a long list of other things. I used a coupon and still felt ripped off. I went back to ask why I was charged for things I wasn’t supposed to be charged for and was told that they remove the price in the discounts part of the bill. The math didn’t add up, as the coupon discount was the only thing in there. I told the worker that it didn’t add up and he looks at it says “so what do you want me to do, give you a dollar?”. Nothing like getting billed wrong and then receiving sarcastic remarks. I told him I wanted it right because there were tons of things wrong with the bill. I sent me to the manager so was kinder but just quickly added another discount code which brought the price down to pretty much where it should be and sent me on my way. I’ll just change my own oil next time if it’s going to cost me so much more and be such a pain.

Came in today needing an oil change and on the spot renewal for registration. I let them know I needed to pick my kids up by a certain time and they were very accommodating and made sure to get me out on time. Every employee was kind and greeted me with a smile. I too work in customer service and know that being face to face with customers isnt the easiest and is often draining so I commend them for their excellent customer service today. Great experience! I’ve had pretty good service at any jiffy lube but this one is amazing! They are so fast and always make sure to open all three doors (for me and my kids). They also came in and changed the tv to cartoons without me even asking. Today there were six cars there when I pulled up but I was still out in 30 minute. Love this location!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. This has got to be one of the rudest Jiffy Lubes Ive ever experienced. Just getting off of work and experiencing traffic getting there I pulled up with 4 minutes to 7. They close at 7, their signs said open. He came out said his clocks said 7:01, I pointed out the signs still said open. He was much more condescending this time saying they dont stop to flip the signs when they are working on a car. But had time to check his clock. At this time I said the signs say open, and on one clock it was still 2 minutes to 7 and my cell phone said 6:59. Then pointed out hed been arguing for at least 2 minutes. At this point he turned around and slammed the door. I will probably never go to Jiffy Lube again. After 20+ yrs Ill find somewhere else to go give money every 3 months. I understand the employees frustration, but I got there as quickly as I could and it was before 7. There is never a reason to treat a customer the way he treated me. That is all around poor business. It takes 20 min or less for them to do an oil change, I wasnt asking for some giant service. Id avoid this place at any time of day. People that treat customers this way shouldnt be dealing with customers. Not sure why Ive wasted 20 yrs going to Jiffy. Its not great to begin with. Ill find somewhere that treats paying customers with kindness and respect and that honors their hours. ✌

This was my first visit to jiffy lube, and it will be my last. i came in for an oil change, and with that comes a bunch of other nice services like a quick vacuum, new windshield wiper fluid and checking your tires. normally, i would appreciate this, but instead, it caused me problems.with my oil changed, i went on my merry way. unfortunately, after a couple days and a short distance, my tire pressure on my rear right tire was low. when i went to inspect it, the tire valve tube was damaged. it was slowly leaking air. by bumping it, it began to hiss. i was able to move it again to where it wasnt audibly hissing, and tried to get it to a tire shop. on my way there, it went completely flat.to me, it seems like they busted it and didnt say anything to me. when i tried to remove the cap, it was on there really tight and then the leaking became excessive.id be much less upset if they had just told me hey, this valve stem is busted, you definitely wanna get that looked at so i could have resolved the problem then. instead, i got to find out later on the side of the road.

I had a great experience at this location. I came in for an emissions inspection which took about 35 minutes total with two cars ahead of me. The staff was very friendly and professional.I do wish the waiting room was larger. There were only six chairs total and the room itself is just small. I came on a Sunday so not many people were there, but I imagine it fills up very quickly when they get busy.Its also located on a busy street, so I recommend approaching from the east. That way you dont have to turn left across traffic on Ft. Union Blvd. To exit you have to go down a little lane that will put you on 1300 e.

Well this is the first time I had to stay in car for an oil change, due to the virus, but staff was very friendly and helpful, had like 5 technicians working on car at the same time, was in and out of there in no time, gave me advice on faulty battery also, thanks Jiffy Lube, Ill be back

Absolutely amazing. We absolutely waited until the last minute.. Walmart wouldn’t take us at 5:00 because they were too busy. We got to Jiffy Lube at 5:30 and was out by 6! They vacuumed all the dog hair 🤦🏼‍♀️ and made sure our car oil settings were reset! They helped switch our rear window wiper out and even opened my (passenger side) door for me!! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere ever! Thank you guys so much!!

I came for an oil change and to have my brakes examined. The employee who helped me was great and very helpful. He also made sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire process. My car is stubborn and he walked me through why it was taking longer than normal. I would definitely recommend this location and plan on going here for my oil changes and other car needs.

Service men refused to turn off television when offensive content was playing in waiting room. The employees response was judgmental and dismissive.

The parking lot is so small, but the customer service made up for that.

Excellent service

I went to this jiffy line on Pioneer Day to assess a noise with my brakes. They were able to assess the issue and advised I needed the front rotors replaced due to excess wear. They showed me and I agreed. They were busy and didn’t have the rotors so they said it would take some time. I asked them and they said about 45 minutes for them to finish. That was at 10:20. I waited and waited. An hour passed. I went to the guy doing the rotors and brake pad change, K****n, and he was still working on my rotors. Another hour passed and he finally finished, he said he was taking it for a test drive to ensure everything was working. When he got back he said there was a knocking noise and said it could be either my suspension going bad or my engine mounts are breaking. I had never heard the noise before but once I got my car back it was bad. Every time I hit a bump or pressed my brakes it would make a loud knocking noise. I decided to look at my brakes to ensure it wasn’t something wrong with those, and I found that a bolt was loose from my brake calipers. I had been driving with a loose caliper on one of my front tires!! This is textbook negligence. When I went to the Manager and discuss this with him he said he remembered me and knew who worked on it and was upset with him for taking so long. He said I would get word from him or the GM about making it right. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks so I called again and the manager said a card would be sent to me valid for additional services at any jiffy lube. I have yet to receive it. This is not the service I expect from a business claiming excellence. Negligent and Irresponsible is more like it. I do not advise servicing your vehicle here.

The staff is nice but very slow. The last thing they know how to do is hurry. There was two cars in front of me and I’ve been here for just short of 2 hours for an oil change. Then come to find out the Groupon that the guy on the phone said they would take they don’t actually take. Way to spend a Tuesday.

Every worker here has always been so helpful, honest and thorough. I highly suggest coming here. Best jiffy lube in town :) No kidding.

As fast as promised (I think I was in and out in 20 minutes), came across as more attentive and general more careful than other Jiffy Lubes Ive been to. Didnt give full 5 stars because I did feel there was a lot of up-selling, but I recognize thats the business model (get you in the door with the cheap oil change, make money on other work they identify that you need) Just have to have confidence on what to say no to. If not confident, say no to everything and take notes on what they suggested then take it somewhere else for a second opinion.
