A UPS driver just jumped in front of me to use the scale to worth a box after standing leaning on the counter and seeing me wait for 15 mins - the cashier then told me my package would go out tomorrow… why? Because the driver just left. Good thing I rushed to get there before closing…unreal?! I’ll try another store next time.

I have never had a good experience at this UPS store. There’s an older lady there who told me I needed to package my Amazon returns and wouldn’t take them even though I had the email saying they didn’t need to be packaged and I had the barcode. I also had two packages sent here as a UPS drop off point and they charged me $20 EACH to pick them up as a holding fee which I had no choice but to pay. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.

A really sweet lady helped me the other day! I had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through the process and was patient with me even though she clearly had lots going on. I really appreciated it! Ill definitely be coming back for my shipping needs.

The staff at the store are super helpful. Even at this busy time of year, they had a smile on their face. Only four stars because there was absolutely no parking anywhere in the lot (went at 12:30 on a Thursday)! Not their fault - but maybe pick a different time!

Horrible service. Amelia in the store was so rude and demeaning. I cannot believe UPS keeps someone so incredibly disrespectful and impatient. A manager really needs to talk to her about her attitude.

Charged a $10 pickup fee even though I was using the UPS Access Point program from Newegg. Ive used this method before at this store many times the past few years and never been charged any fees. I brought this up to the girl at the counter who said theyve always charged this for all package pickups. Very rude about it as well I might add.

I would give them more stars if I could! When I go in their store, they know me by name and treat me as if I were their most important customer. Every employee is very knowledgeable and efficient, always friendly, and takes care of me in no time. I hardly ever wait.They even accept my USPS packages and have a courtesy pick up or delivery? although they are not associated with the Government Postal Service. They have everything to wrap and box the things you want to send if you don’t want to do it your self, and they will do it all for you. They have all kinds of supplies to sell, from accessories for your cell phone to greeting cards, and copy and fax machines. Why would I go anywhere else?! I could go someplace much closer, but they are worth the drive. I live in Sandy and they are in Cottonwood Heights. BY FAR THE BEST!!!

This UPS Store has the best ratings in the entire Salt Lake City area. I drove 10 miles out of my way to ship a small antique tea table. The UPS store 1/8th of a mile from me has poor ratings and Ive seen their very poor customer service in action.I was treated very well. The customer service people were professional and courteous. I feel confident my shipment will arrive safely.

Edit: bumped to 2 stars because the return did go through, but is still contingent on the product arriving back with Amazon.My wife tried to mail one package and process a return for Amazon here. It took several attempts for them to get the address correct on the first package. On the return one staff member was very rude when my wife asked for a receipt, saying she had printed it off and my wife had lost it (my wife had 1 receipt in hand already, and never got the second.) The item we’re returning hasn’t been registered as returned yet, which is worrisome and I’m going to have to follow up to make sure we’re not double-charged for it because we never got the receipt despite asking for it. Overall a bad experience and rude customer service.

I just spoke with a rep at this location about not being able to get through to technical support because the automation hangs up on me. Well I got hung up on by this rep at this location to!!! I won’t recommend this location their reps or their system to get to technical support.

Just went in to return a package that I had a pre-paid label for. Since it wasnt a QR code, the manager told me there was a printing charge. I was slightly thrown off because the 2 UPS stores that I go to have never charged me for this. I figure it will be 10-20 cents - no biggie. The manager comes back and shamelessly tells me its $2.28 for the single sheet of paper. I look at the receipt and see that there is a $2.00 computer use fee (I never used a computer, he walked back and printed it out in 5 secs). Lol. Look, if your store policy is to charge $2.28 to print out a black and white piece of paper for a label, have the decency to be clear to your customers about this beforehand instead of casually saying theres a printing fee. Thats practically like asking for water at a restaurant and the server brings you an expensive bottled water without making sure thats what you actually wanted.I hope your petty nickel-and-diming tactics and $2.26 profit was worth this review and the loss of a customer.

My experience at this location was not as worse as I’ve had at some places however the one big problem I had at this location was the old lady who works here who wears glasses and try to ignored me when I asked her a question or two relating to business purposes there. She never yelled at me or was being mean to be but she did not seem like the type of person I would want to do business with in the future. I mostly worked with the manager when I had stop by and he was pretty cool.

These guys have been a life saver! I am a full-time artist and make paintings for a living. They pick up my artwork for me, pack professionally, and ship promptly for me. Some of my pieces are too big to fit in my car and them coming to pick up my work has saved me tons of hassle. The best delivery service I have ever encountered! Although the staff were helpful and friendly, I will not be going to this UPS store again. This location is close to my house, so I stopped here on the way home from work to return two items to Amazon. I used the computer for less than 3 minutes to sign onto my Amazon account and print my return paperwork. It wouldve taken less time than that, but the computer was incredibly slow and I had to refresh and reload the return page at least twice. Needless to say, I was charged $1.00 for the use of the computer and $1.39 for a flimsy 8 X 10 plastic sleeve that probably cost the store about five cents. I expected to pay for my copies, but I feel it is ridiculous to charge me for 3 minutes of computer time. The rate I was charged is equivalent to charging me $20/hour for use of the computer. The UPS store down in Lehi doesnt charge customers to use the computer! When I pointed this out to the cashier, she said that UPS stores are independently operated and policies for computer use vary from store to store. All I know is, the independently operated owner of the Cottonwood Heights store has permanently lost my business as a customer.

Pretty rotten customer service today twice. Most notably, a female worker got mad at me for Dropping my already labeled boxes off on the counter where everybody else was doing it. She got mad at me and told me to get back in line. I told her I didn’t need to stand in line to get aTracking number because I already have one and was dropping my boxes off like everyone else was doing. She again chewed me out. I asked if I needed to get back in line for some reason if my boxes were done. She said yes with a raised voice. So I just left the boxes there for her.Other customers were walking up all around me dropping boxes off on the counter and walking out. I started to wonder why I was being required to stand in line. So that is why I left.Certainly wasn’t a pleasant experience today. I hope my boxes get to their desired location and will be tracking them moment by moment to make sure this location did it’s job.

I tried to call your store to learn your hours of operation. The voice recording that answers does nor sound like a business at all. You should identify your business on your voice mail and provide location and hours of service at the very least. I took my business elsewhere; that store provides business identity and hours of operation. on their voicemail if their associates are too busy to answer the phone. You guys are closer to my house, and I like your store and service, but please get your phones set up like a business for better customer service.

I shipped a small box with a box with a car computer in it to Canada using standard ground service that cost me just over 30 dollars. When I looked up the tracking it said the package was denied because there was a cod and they refused to pay for it. I called and said WTF I did not send anything cod. They said ups uses an agent to get things cleared from customs and since I sent it standard ground there was a 50 dollar fee to get it cleared from customs AND THE UPS STORE SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THIS TO ME WHEN I SENT IT. Now Im waiting for ups to call me so I can pay an extra 50 dollars. So when its all said and done it is going to cost me over 80 to get a package that weights just over 1 pound to BC.My advice is if you are going to send something ups go directly to them and not to the ups clown stores.

Slow, lazy and not very helpful. When I called in to pay for some packages to be sent over the phone the worker put me on hold for 10 minutes and then said Were busy so if you call back later maybe we can help you. No offer to call me back.. Im just supposed to call you all day to try to get some service? Hm.Once they finally helped me they just wrote down my card number and said well call if it doesnt work. Ummmmm... Thanks?Also, my packages cost a lot more to send than they ever have at other ups locations.
