Kelly has been our family dentist for almost 20 years. He and his staff have been great. We even adjusted our insurance to make sure we could continue to go to a dentist that cares about our family. He always follows up after procedures to make sure we are doing well and don’t need anything.

For 20 years my teeth and mouth health have been taken care of with exceptional detail. Staff are always friendly. Schedule ahead! Emergency appointments can be difficult but are rare due to excellent dentistry.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years and love Dr. Carrol and Dr. Jenkins. But I look forward to seeing the hygienist. They are so great with my kid and it’s so nice to just go to a place that always makes you feel like you are part of the family and not just the business. Dr. Carroll ALWAYS puts the patient first and is immediately responsive to unforeseen emergencies that may occur after hours. His staff will frequently work beyond clinic hours in order to fit in patients, like myself, who may have a dental emergency. When I have experienced a dental emergency or significant procedure, Dr. Carroll makes it his practice to call me on the following day to ensure that I am healing and without complications. Dr. Carroll and staff are amazing! I have been going here for many years and they have always gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible! Working in the medical field I understand the importance of being HIPAA compliant, cleanliness, covid safety measures etc. They do amazing in all the above and I feel safe every time I come there. I have now had my veneers for a couple of years and I have loved my overall experience! I get compliments on them all the time on how natural they look! The staff have become like family to me! It has been worth every penny for the care and perfection of his work! Definitely recommend!!!!

Been a long time patient with Dr Kelly. This is our family dentist. The staff is always nice and professional. The best thing I can say is that Dr Kelly doesn’t take extreme measures. Dr Carroll and his staff are fantastic. Visit are always prompt and pain free. They were able to fix a past crown job that was damaging my gums and I didn’t even realize it. I just thought it was ugly. Definitely recommend!!!

Dr Carroll takes the time to go over everything with me so I understand how certain issues have formed and my treatment options going forward, and any risk factors to watch out for.He really does work hard to put the patient as a priority. I dont typically write reviews, but my husband and I have had such a great experience with Dr Carroll that I had to share. We have been to 3 dentists in the greater SLC area over the last 6 years and none come close to comparing to the quality, attention, and care that we have gotten from Dr Carroll. In particular, we are impressed with how he prioritizes preventative care and repairs before pushing cosmetic suggestions, and works in the scope of a long term treatment plan instead of trying to do too much at once. Both of us received treatment this week that required local anesthesia and we were impressed with both the procedure and the recovery. Also notable is Dr Carrolls great chairside manner - he explains procedures in a relatable (and even sometimes funny) way so that we feel like we understand the treatments were getting. I would recommend Dr Carroll to anyone in the area. 5 stars for sure.

I was seen by Dr Jenkins for a couple of years for several different teeth, some of which needed fillings or crowns, some of which needed root canals. I didnt mind anything about her services or my dealings with the office during that time. Fast forward two years, I had moved to another state and I started having MAJOR problems with every one of the teeth that had been worked on by Dr. Jenkins. My new dentist said that each of those crowns had open margins, which had allowed decay and/or infection into the roots of my teeth. I had to have each tooth re-treated at significant expense, and over the next couple of years three of the teeth had been undermined so badly that they had to be extracted and replaced with implants.I attempted to follow up with Dr. Jenkins over a period of several months in 2019, hoping to receive a refund for part or all of the work done. We missed each others calls frequently at first which I attributed to our differing work schedules. But then my schedule changed, and I still could not get hold of Dr Jenkins for months. We finally spoke one time in September. She stated that she would be happy to issue me a full refund for three of the teeth, and that she would need to discuss the other cases with her colleague and get back to me. I never heard from her again, and was continually told by her staff that she was just busy. Finally I received a form via email offering me the meager sum of $1800 if I would surrender any rights or claims going forward. $1800 was the amount that one of these teeth cost to be treated. There was no way I was signing that and I left a message at the office to that effect. I have never heard anything from Dr. Jenkins or her office since, I have no recourse since the statute of limitations has passed and dental malpractice lawsuits are difficult to pursue. But I would if I could. I would estimate that besides the initial cost of getting these teeth temporarily treated by Dr. Jenkins, I have had to spend upwards of $12,000 on re-treatment, there are things that I have not yet paid for as I cannot afford it (like the implants, so I have gaps in my smile) and I have had a great deal of pain and have missed quite a bit of work as a direct result as well. Not to mention, I have lost three of my natural teeth that I never should have lost. Full financial restitution would be the least that a decent person would do.

This office is not Covid safe. We had to go in for many appointments for our kids and family. Each time we went in, the front desk manager had her mask below her nose at very close contact with people in the office and patients.The office manager also sits her office with the door open with her mask below her chin. You have to walk by this office to get into the rooms and bathroom. I mentioned this directly to the dentist two times and it wasn’t fixed.When we cancelled our appointment due to concern of lack of safety, the office manager rudely lectured my husband with incorrect scientific facts about the virus.Dentist also brags about getting rich clients the vaccines and leaves open patient data for all clients to see. He showed my husband patient files to show his work without any blocked out patient info. Violates HIPPA.Our experience was so bad we are filing a complaint with the Salt Lake City Health Department as well as the dental board he holds any certifications and licenses.We tried to go directly to the dentist with these complaints but not only were they not taken seriously but also didn’t even bother to call us back to talk to us.Very disappointing.

Doctor Carroll is an amazing dentist and always makes my visits painless and enjoyable. I now have perfect teeth when before I started going to him. I would always have work that needed to be done. Thank you doctor Carroll!

I first came into this clinic to repair a broken cusp on one of my back molars (stupid peppermint candy). Dr. Carroll suggested a crown and I wanted a second opinion as I have never had a crown before and the majority of the tooth was fine. Dr. Jenkins didnt think a crown was necessary and repaired my tooth. I was very happy! However, the more I went the more I realized that Dr. Carroll always pushed for the most expensive procedures. I am greeted with scare tactics to get more procedures done. He told me I would lose two teeth after 6 months time and that I will need a crown on the same tooth because of the poor job the repair was. It has been a solid year since I was there and I still have my two teeth. The tooth he wanted a crown on has caused no problems. I now go to another dentist and actually felt joy when they said I have good teeth. I would recommend getting a second opinion on everything Dr. Carroll says.

I have seen a few dentists and at first Dr Carrol was great for cleanings and overall dental care. When I started having teeth problems and needed crowns it started. The crowns he has put in my mouth don’t seem to fit correctly usually looks smaller then the original tooth. I have had four or five put on and only one looks and feels right. One was so bad I had him take it out and redo, he asked how the bad fitting one was made wrong???? The other four are weird and not anywhere the same size as my original teeth. I will be looking to find a new dentist.

I am usually skeptical about dentists, you dont know if the work they are telling you needs to be done is really necessary, or are they just out to make money. I went in to see Dr. Carroll and was informed I needed to have 1 or maybe 2 implants. During the procedure, he said he was going to save me about a thousand dollars, because he would be able to do the work needed with just 1 implant, I was very appreciative about his honesty, and I could tell he was genuine and very knowledgeable about his profession. I also really enjoy the staff there. They are very friendly, with a great sense of humor. My husband goes there as well and says he enjoys the peaceful, friendly environment. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Carroll who is looking for a truly honest dentist.

Dr Carroll, and his entire staff, have these skills to do these important procedures, with great results! My family did not have dental insurance until I was in high school. As a result my siblings and I had quite a few dental issues to address. Brighton Family Dental was rude and disrespectful. I have never had a good experience there. The receptionist always talked down to me because I was a child(17) and yelled at me for having a busy schedule in high school. The Dr. Carroll became angry when working on my teeth and always passed me off to whichever dentist was working with him at time. One time Dr. Carroll had to work on my teeth he compared me to a bed wetting toddler right to my face and laughed at me. He was in the middle of working on my teeth so I could not say anything to defend myself or even leave. That was the last time he will ever work on my teeth. I will never go back or recommend this dental office. It does not matter the client’s age. Everyone deserves respect.

Dr. Carroll was fast, professional and painless. Everyone was so nice from the moment I walked in. Ive had a crown done at another office and it had to be sent out and it took two visits. Getting a crown down at Brighton Family Dentistry was awesome. It was all done in house with a single visit. Fast, friendly and easy. No one likes getting a crown but I wouldnt have it done anyplace else.

These guys are great. If you need professional, quality dental work with a friendly staff you neednt look any further. This place is fantastic. They will give you a concise evaluation thats always informative, and thorough, and after the consultation be amazed at the quickness and skill at which they operate. I was in a lot of pain under a bridge that I had several years earlier from a different dentist, They got me in fast, took some quick X-rays and immediately diagnosed the problem. That was impressive but what was even better was that they didnt try to up sale me or do any unnecessary work, in fact their goal was to do everything they could to save the bridge. The Doctor got in there, drilled a small hole in the bridge and less than 15 minutes later he was done with the root canal. Unbelievable. A true professional!Ill never go anywhere else.

I had to switch to Brighton dentistry recently because of an insurance change, and it has not been a quality experience. The most recent frustration has been their billing process. I was notified twice, three days apart that I owe them $38. The first was a normal bill, but the second told me that if I do not pay in 10 days my balance will be sent to collections, since they have attempted to contact me several times. Mind you, Ive actually been to their office for an adjustment in the mean time and not a word about any of this was mentioned to me. So since I received the last letter, Ive been trying to call to make my payment, but their phone number keeps saying all circuits are busy. According to the letter, my 10 days is up on Monday, but I only received the letter this Wednesday, their phone wasnt working on Thursday, and theyre closed Fridays. Dealing with this company has been more frustrating than worthwhile, and I will likely be finding a different dentist in the future.

We have been coming here for two years. Dr. Jenkins is awesome. They do a great job. We started coming here so they could fix some problems we had with another dentist in the area and we wont be going anywhere else!

I thought it was going to be a great experience until I received a bill for an annual cleaning a year and a half later. Once I called my insurance provided I found out that they submitted the claim for me and my daughter, but had failed to submit for my husband until a year had passed. Brighton claimed they had submitted on time; when I asked them to email me the claims showing the submission dates they never did so nor did anyone return my call. When my provided asked them directly for these item the female office/claims person for Brighton hung up on my provider. I have called and left messages still waiting for a return call. Everyone makes mistakes but clearly not their billing office. What horrific customer service toward not on me but to my insurance provider.

Dr. Carroll fixed a chip on my front tooth today. He not only fixed the chip, he reshaped the other tooth and created a much nicer smile than BEFORE the chip. Well done!

Great service, I been to 5 different dentist for the past 8 years and they all were expansive and the material they used for my crowns had to be replaced three times but the crown I got at Brighton dental feels like a real tooth and the root canal I got was almost painless, the part that was painful was only the needle.

My cleanings are fast and thorough and PAIN FREE! Staff is great!
