We have used them for a couple of years to build and maintain a server for our business. Everything was okay up until last week. Our server went down, and they have not been answering phone calls. It has been down for 5 days or so and all of our accounting software and data is stored on this server. We have been paying thousands of dollars per year to store our data with them because we were promised it was secure and we didnt want to take chances keeping that data in our office in case something happened.Now we still dont have access to our data, the one time out of 50 tries that they actually answered the phone they were extremely abrupt and rude. The only response we got out of them was, we are working on it. Over and over. No explanation. Will not answer the phones.We are in a panic over this and they cant even tell us whats going on or help us in any way. We cant do payroll, we cant do billing. No accountability or response at all from Wazitech.

Worked with Wazi at a previous employer. You will not find a more professional and knowledgeable MSP hands down. Not only that the Wazi team is constantly working with new technologies and standards so they are keeping up with the constant changes in the IT space.

We have enjoyed partnering with Wazi Tech to bring the Utah Fan Club Podcast. Wazis staff is knowlegeable and they anwer their phones even if it after hours. They really go above and beyond in helping meet their clients IT needs.
