Really like this nail salon. I always get great service and am happy with my nails. They offer upgrades but arent pushy if you decline. Its my new go-to spot.

Today was my 1st time going to Ritz. It was fantastic! Joannes massage was perfect. I felt much better after. She is so friendly! I got a gel manicure from Lily. My nails are flawless and I appreciated how personable she was.

ANNIE!!1w! OMG SHE SO VERY talented did a fabulous job on my tpes as well as my LONG NAILS!!!!! AND OF COURSE SHE IS COLD AF when it comes to InDesign in fact if you have a picture you can bring in she prefers that and she will do exactly as the picture! The whole staff at that Salon is very respectful very clean and very caring and they take their time with everythin.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. Perhaps it is random that I received the WORST manicure I have ever received but I am not willing to try someone else. Im sure this gal either didnt go to school or didnt pay attention if she went. I got the worst cuticle trim and by far the WORST polish job I have ever seen. It is rough to even give this place one star but I had to. Dont chance it people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I came to get a pedicure and was very disappointed. Did not get my cuticle removed property and they charge extra for basic calus removal. This pedicure will not last me two weeks. Im sorry but i would not recommend this place at all.

HORRIBLE!! They judge u!! Make ur nails crooked and they let ur nails get all wrinkled and they let u go when its not dry! Horrible condition I suggest to go somewhere else plus its really expensive!!!!

Don’t get lashes done here. They have no idea what they are doing and scratches my corneas for two hours only to open my eyes and not even see the lashes!!

WORST service ever! $13 for a regular manicure that lasted only 10 mins,I could of done better on myself! $10 for crooked eye brows! Never coming back! :(
