Just perfect, everything that I need from a nail salon. Clean and organized. People are very nice and friendly. They have a huge set of beautiful colors and high quality products that I could actually found everything that I like and would love to try one day. The lady who did my nails was very attentive and careful. She did a fantastic job and I paid a very reasonable price considering the quality of products they use and service they provide.

I find the technicians very very lovely! That is a really pampering experience for me I feel very relaxed and it technicians here are very wonderful. They really know what theyre doing and Im very satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend Queens Nails

I had gone to this shop for almost 6 years. Everyone was amazing. Then Queen Nails was Sold & new owners changed name & almost entire staff. At first it wasn’t too bad, this new young man was really great & did my nails the best I’d ever had them done! Then one visit, I brought my good friend, we were chatting away & when our nails were done, he made some off the wall comment about how much I talked & I hurt his ears. I chalked it up to an oddly stated joke & left. The next visit my & I went again. He took care of my nails...& switched to my pedicure. My friend & I chatted getting up to date on our week, when this time, he interrupts us & tells ME that I “TALK, TALK, TALK!!” And made a gesture with his hand like a mouth opening & closing. So I said, you know I don’t have to spend my money here?!? So he stands & makes a sweeping motion towards the door & tells me that’s my choice! We left, but this time I was pissed! I returned about a week later (still fuming) so I could talk to owner. Instead one of the ladies said she had heard these 2 exchanges & to change my day from Saturday to Monday, that guy is off. So I agree to do this. Big mistake! All of a sudden I became like Dr Phil to the other nail people who just wanted to complain about that guy every time I went in! So I switched to Posh Nail Bar (By Great Mex) no drama, place is super clean, lots of color choices & nail artists are ultra precise, professional & hard working.

I went here to get my nails and done and did end up spending more then I thought but I loved it.The employees were so nice and my nails looked great.I would come here again.I recommend asking for Jennifer or Jenny.They also keep you very entertained while having your nails done.

I was not happy with this place at all, probably the worse experience. I came on a weekday to get a spa mani and pedi treatment. I was probably asked like 5 times between two ladies (literally) if i wanted a gel manicure, i said no each time . Then one of the ladies gave me a dirty look. Next, i proceed to get the pedicure and asked if i can get my nail cut short, the lady just filed it, I asked her again nicely if its possible to cut the nails and she gave me a look and then proceeded to cut and file it but seemed annoyed. I was tense the whole time and didnt enjoy the experience because i felt i was getting a half ass treatment and dirty looks. I also asked if i can get nail art done on my toe and she said she doesnt do it. Then to top it off, my french manicure chipped the next morning..that has never happened when i have gone to other places. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your treatment..DONT come here!

Worst experience ever!!!! Supper upset with my nails i wish i could take them off! The laddy cut me like 2 times plus the nails ended up supper crooked! She chraged me too much! I didnt like how my color ended up looking, (all transparent) and the top of my nails look bumpy. I wouldnt recommend it the laddy was being a little rude too.

Had an appointment at 1 its now 120 they still havnt helped me the other employees are just sitting around told the girl I only have 30 mins left of lunch they didnt care dont wast your time here

The spa pedicure I got is perfect.

I cannot remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but she really beat up my fingers. She was really rough with my hands and made my cuticles bleed in all different places. And then a day after I got them done, I noticed my acrylics were lifting really badly...never going there again!
