Smart Financial (Contactability) - BEWARE that once they have your deposit even if you get poor quality leads (and you will) they may give you credit acknowledging you got poor quality leads, but you DONT get that money back if you cancel service. I was promised quality leads and they did not deliver. So when I canceled they gave me what was left and they kept all the credits I supposedly got back. I received 8 leads and all were poor quality, thus the reason for cancelling the service. The game they play is well give you credit back- BUT you never get the money back. I looked for Smart Financial to do the right thing -the ethical thing. They did not. Very disappointing.

This company is TERRIBLE. Andrew is our acct rep and he worse than terrible. The information when he was calling us to get the sale was not the way it was once he got our money. Other past commenters are correct - once you pay, good luck getting your money back. We were transferred a lead from a guy IN A NURSING HOME, CLEARLY NOT OF SOUND MIND AND IT WAS STILL TRANSFERRED AND BILLED TO US!!!!!! IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO PAY FOR? Because thats the type of terrible leads they apparently will send. Once we brought it to Andrews attention, he turned our leads off and said that he was going to look into it to see what happened and what can be done to get better leads. He calls back a week later asking WHY OUR LEADS WERE TURNED OFF. HE DID NOT REMEMBER! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. If I could give Andrew negative stars, I would do that too. Spare your money.

My agency started using Contactability about a week ago. I had a lot of research into it, so I felt like I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. The calls we have gotten have met or exceeded those expectations. The customer service has been outstanding. I have always been able to get support on the phone and they have always been able to assist me.

Contactability is a great cost effective source for leads, but is not without its kinks. There will be times where leads will not fit your parameters, but Contactability has a client friendly refund policy. The quality of the leads when right, are spot on and the exact kind of clients you want in your book of business. Gavin is my account manager and has been amazing to work with by being extremely responsive and understanding of difficulties that are presented with online leads. I would recommend Contactability over many live-lead transfer systems and look forward to their improvements that they continue to implement in their business.

So far, the client services from Gavin K has been fantastic. He has been very attentive with setting up our account. The best part was our first lead call actually wanted a quote. All her information was correct and readily available. It was a great experience.

I started receiving their phone leads approximately 3 weeks ago and it has given me better quality leads than I have had in the past with other companies. Their customer service and support is great. You get to speak with the same support person that is dedicated to your individual account each time without having to go through multiple prompts to reach a random person. Ive work with several online lead companies and have never stayed with one for more than a month--until now. Working with Contactability, the leads themselves have been on par with what you would expect from online lead sources, but working with Contactabilitys support has been fantastic. I have an account rep that I can contact any time and she is extremely accommodating to my time-frame and budget. Not only that, she is responsive and proactive about making sure I have what I need when I need it when it comes to managing my account. She has helped me customize several profiles to the exact specifications that I need for my agency. You cant ask for better than that.

We use Contactability for leads and the customer service is great. Our account manager Nicholas Gay is very quick to respond to any issues we have with credits and I am always able to speak with him if I call as well. The leads are good, if there are one or two that we need credit on, Nicholas is very quick to help us with that.

My agent signed up with these guys and I was in charge of calling the leads contactability provided to us. They are the worst leads ever. Totally worthless. They automatically draft your credit card account when your balance falls below a certain amount and there isnt a way to stop leads temporarily. Youre at their total mercy after you hand over your credit card information. Sometimes they will never return your calls as promised and during that time, they will send more leads and draft more money out of your account. When you finally get a hold of someone, they say its too late and they cant refund any money and that I have to use my money towards more bad leads. Its a complete scam. I also want to mention that I worked for another agency before this that used the same company a long time ago. Nothing has changed and it is still the worst company. Their employees keep changing too without letting anyone know. Im sure they lose employees as quickly as they lose customers. Avoid at all costs!

Great customer service, but I have to return a ton of leads for incorrect info. They do refund very fast, so that is their saving grace. And the guy I work with does a great job. He cant control the point callers that are not asking the right questions.

Allstate agency that receives contacts from Contactability. Very easy to do business with, even during Hurricane Irma when we had to suspend operations for a few weeks during storm recovery. Returns are processed quickly and with little dispute. Would recommend to other insurance agents using internet lead providers.

Have had no real problems and when I did my account manager Nick was quick to take care of it. The live transfer system is wonderful, my contact to quote ratio is near 100%. Instead of spending two weeks to get a hold of someone to have them tell me its already taken care of, I can get them on the line and do an actual quote on someone who actually wants one. I would recommend this to anyone one who is tried of chasing down standard internet leads.

This company provided horrible quality calls. We ceased calls in June 2018, and continued to charge our card after our cancellation of the account, and refused to give us back the money that they charged incorrectly. I repeatedly attempted to contact Carolina, Jeremy, and the CEO Lev, but noone wanted to take my calls or properly process the refunds as they were due. This was edited in response to their response from the owner, which was 5 MONTHS after I posted this issue. They (Carolina / Jeremy / Lev) are all very well aware of what they did and how irresponsible it was of them to do this. If you value your money use any company but this one, as they will rip you off and take 5 months to respond to you.

I ran into a situation in where I didnt know how to pause my leads and I was charged a refill fee. I wasnt ready for that. I have renters leads coming from all over California and Home leads coming from specific zip codes. I can pause leads whenever I want. On a lot of these leads, I seem to be the only agent calling the customer. There are bad leads, but Nicholas makes sure refunds are processed right away. Great work Contactability!

Most places that have live transfers for the price they are selling them at actually introduce the agent and have confirmed the info they are giving to the agent. This place just feels like they use an auto dialer and as soon as someone picks up they are dumped onto your phone. Most information isnt filled out on the lead card and the information that is filled out is not accurate.

So bad! Dont use this system. If you tell them to stop drafting from you account they will not refund any bad leads. Basically their plan is to drain all your money till zero and then keep the rest and they wont refund any bad leads at all. They dont care. I would rank it as zero stars if I could. Dont use this vendor. So bad....the leads are horrible as well.

I opened my agency a year ago and its safe to say Ive tried every company under the sun for Insurance Leads. Theyre all the same, sure. BUT Nicholas Gay and Contactability have come through for me. Theyre the only company I have stuck with. Their return policy is VERY HONEST and Nicholas checks in with me consistently to be sure theyre doing everything they can. Listen, leads are leads, there are disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, etc. Thats not the companys fault, its the person filling out the form. Just my $0.02.

Have worked with a lot of lead companies over the last 29 years but didnt have any luck with the leads from this company. Several leads didnt want a quote, one was from Alabama (Im licensed in Arkansas), some we couldnt understand. Will not do business with them again.

This place is a joke. Seriously, if you are looking for a high quality lead service this is NOT the place. Contactability has delivered hundreds of leads to me and only about a handful have been legit. I have invested over $500.00 into their lead program and they refuse to refund all of my money. They said, We cannot refund your money however your remaining balance can be used to purchase more leads. My question is, Why would I waste anymore of my money on your leads if your leads are not credible? Long story short do NOT use Contactability.

Total scam. They flooded my inbox with leads using up deposit the first few days. None of the people were interested in buying insurance. I could only get sales credit, no refund. Sales credit produced more worthless leads. They wouldnt give me credits automatically unless is signed up for autoibilling. Otherwise I had to call in and they didnt pick up the phone, it just rang and rang, This was even for my so-called personal account manager. Never heard from the again once they got my money except for them to be rude. .. I normally get 1-2 leafs a day from my lead service for our small population. Contactable was sending 5-10 and they were junk.

Lots of turnover in this company. i have been calling for weeks with no return call, they will sign you up but good luck with the cancellation.

They flat out lie about what they are offering they do not allow you to return any leads, and the supposed customer service reps are flippant and deceitful. Avoid this place like the plague and just use Datalot they are a much better option for live transfer leads!
