You must have a coach going to this gym. It is a private gym. The coaches here are some of the best and I have seem amazing results from my coach. If you are truly ready to change, this is the place. The facilities are excellent. There is a boxing ring bags, and a full gym with free weights. They have treadmills and stair machines. There are other equipment I havent listed as well. Very nice gym. The best Ive ever been to.

Absolutely amazing. Very great establishment. Everyone is profession. The equipment is clean and sanitized after every use. The owner Tomas always shows his face and is very welcoming. My trainer Andrea is always on time and proficient. She has an excellent game plan ready before each session. I am very thankful I found this place. Normally going to a gym I feel uncomfortable however this place I don’t. It feels like home everytime I walk in. Everyone treats you like family. Thank you Tomas, Andrea, & self made family for helping me achieve my fitness goals. Keep up the amazing work.

Need trainer to access the fitness center. Everyone works hard to improve themselves, once you are here you will immediately feel the excitement in the air.

Love this gym! Perfect for personal training. Great vibe...Been working out with Wade for over a year now. He made a great move to Self Made. If you want a trainer to really listen to your goals and workout objectives, Wade is your guy. He will motivate and push you, careful to prevent injuries and throughout make you feel like you can do anything.

Very clean facility that’s why it deserves a 1.I came to workout here for the first time and I had a horrible experience with trainer Parri. . She is very unprofessional. She gossip about her sleeping with another trainer within the facility. She also kept taking pictures of herself instead of training me. I will never go back to this gym if this is the kind of trainers they have.

Came down to cali to visit family and I wanted to go to a gym real quick so my cousin took me to this one as a guest and wow, I was truly impressed with all the equipment and staff! They were super friendly and the motivation was all around you! I had a chance to get some tips from one of the workers there on (Martin Weisly ) the guy was very through and knew what he was talking about when it came to this one chest work out he was telling me about. Great gym and fantastic people! Very high class and clean .
