This place is always open when I need em. Bring your ID unless they’ve memorized your name (me). This place has it all. Paper. Printing. Computing. Even some toys. But all everyone comes here for is the front counter. Needs a bike rack closer to their door.

No clue what they are doing. My address didnt match the my ID so I was not able to pick up my package. Understandable. The rep and manager there redirected me to call customer service to have my package released. That was false. The customer service does not do that. I wasted time calling FedEx customer service for no reason but to get more upset..

A guy named Roberto at this location was one of the most helpful people Ive ever met. He helped a buddy and me print out some movie posters and spent a good deal of his own time explaining to us our different paper options, prices etc. and have us his own really good personal advice. Gave us samples to check out and then worked us a deal. He made the whole production of getting the posters great. If you want some help printing something, find him!

Needed a prepaid label printed...guy knew I didnt have the documents yet, but let me give all the information..wait for it to print (another 8 minutes because their printer wasnt working) only to then tell me I couldnt get a pre printed label. Sorry, WHAT?! Why would you let me waste all the time? Backwards system.

There was a “back in 15’ sign”, been here for half an hour and still waiting...

I was there today Saturday I think its the 19th around 3 to 4 and the girls were excellent. FedEx should be so happy to have them as employees. I wish I would have gotten their names but I couldnt have done my work without their help

The convenience of this place being open 24 hours is a life saver. The people in there also know what they are doing and I have never gotten anyone that has treated me poorly.

I had an incredible experience with this particular fedex. I made an order that was to be ready at 6:00pm. Lisa called me to tell me that the order would not be ready until 8:00pm. I asked her if any other Fedexs in the area could process the order before then and she told me she would inquire and call me back. After a few minutes she called me back, notifying me that they were going to try and squeeze in my order and have it ready by 6:15pm. While I obviously appreciate that they rushed to get my order in, I am even more impressed that they were willing to call me beforehand to let me know it would be late. This is excellent business practice and I will be coming back without a doubt!

The lines here are long in the late afternoons and they are more picky about your packages being taped up and your boxed being stiff enough. The Bristol location is less busy and less picky.

I love this FedEx, I was in and out within 5mins. Its way better than the one by mainplace mall. Will print more copies there.

The guys that work here (especially at night) are fantastic! Id tip them if I had money! But the women in the daytime are terrible.

Every time I do in there to get copies made they are so rude and not helpful. I have spoken with the manager who seems nice and does help me but it is too bad that I need to wait for one particular person.Today I went in and instead of asking me what I want they sent me to the self service printing without know that I wanted postcard paper etc. I walked out and will NEVER return. This is most unprofessional place ever!!!

They completed all of our printing and went out of their way to make sure everything was done quickly and correctly. Good team.

These winners closed 3 hours earlier than they should have on new years eve. I even called ahead to be sure... I got there three hours early but they were locked up. They knew I was driving a long way and never said a word. I had $200,000 in software that HAD to ship. For a 24-hour store...this Fed-Ex location really screwed me over. What they did was way wrong and they did it intentionally because they wanted to start the party early. Dont trust the losers or theyll screw you over too.
