Rented the dingo and rock trencher. Trencher had issues with the chain coming off so Fritz had be bring it back in. Mike in service removed 2 links and trencher worked perfect again. I feel like even though I was super stressed to get the job done in time, bringing it back in was the right call. I plan on renting again from them in the future. The dingo exceeded my every expectation, and people there were nice even when things were super stressful.

RENTER BEWARE*** THIS PLACE HAS RIPPED US OFF MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE FROM THE FIRST TIME. THE TOW BEHIND ROTOTILLER WAS THE WRONG ONE THE TECHNICIAN SPENT 4+ HOURS TO FIGURE IT OUT. THEY REPLACED IT WITH THE WALK BEHIND AND WHEN WE TURNED THAT ON IT SPEWED HYDRAULIC FLUID ALL OVER OUR GARDEN. WE RETURNED IT ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK. THEY VOIDED THE RENTAL FOR A REFUND THE MONEY WAS SENT TO MY FATHER IN LAWS BANK. MY FATHER IN LAW HAS NO ASSOCIATION WITH OUR CARD USED OR OUR FINANCIAL ACCOUNT USED TO PURCHASE THIS RENTAL. WE NEVER GOT OUR MONEY. A YEAR LATER GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND RENTED A TOW BEHIND AUGER.CAME TO US WITH NO GAS AND NO SPARK. COULD NOT USE IT HAD TO RETURN IT AND ARE SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE RENTAL BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND US FOR OUR GAS AND WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO USE IT. Big waste of Time and money. I WILL NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WILL PERSUADE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
