I got my nails done here and they cut me on 6 out of 10 fingers. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but I went back today and had the most horrible waxing experience. My razor could have done a better job.

Love love love this place! I have been going for three years now, and have always loved how my nails turn out. Every single employee is very professional, kind, and very talented. Super impressed. This is also the cleanest salon I have been to in the Cortland/Syracuse area.

This place is a joke. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional business in my life. Had appointment and still had to wait for a half hour. And then the service was the worst Ive ever seen. I thought T. J. Was bad but this place takes the cake

Never again will I send anyone here!! This is a picture of my moms nails after having them done at Relaxation!! We made an appointment and was made to wait almost an hour as others that walked in after us were seated immediately!! My mom now has a nail fungus underneath her nail bed and has cut all of her nails off because of it!! Absolutely disgusting!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend who goes regularly, she goes to the same lady. As soon as I walked in they asked what I wanted done and I got seated immediately which was nice, but they never asked what color I wanted. (I was getting SNS nails) The man who was doing my nails just started working and he had a light purple nail color next to him. So I asked if I could pick my color and he got flustered and went and got all the stacks for me to look at. So after he started working again he didnt say much and he was super rough with my hands, he filed my skin. The nails looked nice, the shape was great but there was a spot on one of my nails and he filed too far in on one side or something. It didnt look nice.1 week update: my pinkie nail and index finger already cracked. Not happy with this manicure. Dip nails are supposed to last!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was awful. I don’t know where to even begin. First off, there are at least 10 chairs for pedicures and there were 0 in use when I arrived, they sat people right next to me. The chairs are so close together you can’t even use an arm rest (even outside of COVID I have NEVER sat that close to someone for a pedicure.) The building was dirty, you could tell by all the flies swarming. “Lisa,” the lady who did my pedicure was rushing (she did the whole thing in 25 minutes) cut me multiple times and the items she was using (towel, stones) were extremely hot. I mentioned it to her twice, audibly announced “OW” moved my foot and all and she acted like she didn’t know what I was saying and just continued on. Then, upon payment she literally stood over my shoulder and airing for a tip with her hand out and then had the audacity to ask me for more of a tip. Like I’m sorry, what!? Apparently $10 isn’t appropriate for a $40 pedicure that wasn’t worth the $40 in the first place. NEVER in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here.

Despite having an appointment, I waited 45 minutes without anyone waiting on me and finally walked out. A big disappointment and very frustrating! I don’t understand why they take appointments if they’re also taking walk ins.

I took my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and they did and AMAZING JOB!🤩Daniel was very professional, super artistic, and we brought in a picture he did exactly what we asked!

I went to the salon for the first time today. Looking to get a pedicure and was concerned by other reviews that said they had to wait and weren’t pleased with their service. My pedicure was done professionally by Johnson and he was a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely go again.

Always do a great job, and quick to get you in. Been going here for the last 2 years, no complaints.

I came for just a gel manicure. First off, he didnt even touch my cuticles. They got covered in polish and he got polish on my fingers. He filed the sides of my nails AFTER painting them and took the polish off the sides. The color was not even and there was scuffs in the polish as soon as I left. It felt like he just rushed through it and didnt care to make them look good at all. I made an appointment and they did serve me as soon as I came in, so points for punctuality I guess.

Its was amazing my first time ever getting my nails done and the people were amazing.its a long wait if they are busy but the is worth it in the long run

Ive heard and seen nothing but good things about this place!!! However, my experience was complete OPPOSITE. First off, the nails came out completely different than the picture I showed the man. But he also made 3 of my fingers bleed.. and just kept going over them roughly even though I kept pulling my hands back!!! I was not going to leave a tip. I could of swore the sign said a full set was 30$. Somehow, the total came to 43$ and I handed him a 50. He snatched it and said thank you have a good night. Didnt even bother to offer me my change back. Never going back!!!!!!

Friendly staff, very clean and pretty place but poor job for my pedi and mani. She barely scrubbed my feet, she didnt buff my nails at all. I feel like bc I paid for a regular pedicure, I didnt get good service. Even if it was the basic, I am owed quality work. My feet still feel rough and dried with small lines. She didnt shape my nails or anything. I drove all the way from Binghamton to try them and wasted my time and gas. I am disappointed in myself for not saying anything when I noticed things before I left. I wont be going back. I am very disappointed. My friend said they didnt do anything to her cuticles and my daughter said she is shocked that she didnt have better service or results.

So I reviewed this place a year ago and want to update. I came in here with a large bridal party. They put out food for us, were so very accommodating and kind. And to top off all of it they gave the bride a gift certifcate asking asking me who she was. I always enjoy coming here, they are clean and nice... But today just solidified I will no longer go anywhere else!!

The women who gave me my pedicure was extremely rough and was clearly talking about me to her coworkers. She messed up one of my nails in which I clearly asked for white and she gave me lavender then got upset and began speaking to her coworkers again about me. Once I was at the dryer she left me there without turning it on (switch is not located near the dryer to turn it on) and I had to call for someone else to start it. Then after I paid and left no tip because it was a horrible experience, the guy hounded me for a tip in which I said no and he shoo’d me out of the salon like a dog. Absolutely horrible experience, will never be going back.

I got acrylics with gelpolish & in the same day my thumb nail polish started peeling so i went back and had them fix it. the next morning i got out of the shower and noticed on almost every single nail that the polish was chipping/peeling off. i went back to get them fixed AGAIN and i sat and waited for an hour for them to fix them while they continued to help people that came in after me. i stated multiple times that i wanted a different polish and they refused and stated that they would charge me if i wanted a different polish. i will not be going here again.

Lady doing my pedi kept talking over me, not doing what I wanted. She couldn’t communicate well at ALL!!! (Not to mention my 10 year old has done better pedis on me) Majorly cut corners and rushed! No free massage.. I wanted 10 min/$10 massage.. did it for my friend but not me. I didn’t tip bc they didn’t deserve it. Man got VERY pushy about that. Just overall horrible experience... faaar from relaxing! Definitely will never be back!

I called ahead and they were able to immediately get me in. i received a lavender pedicure which felt luxurious. the staff is incredibly friendly and it is located in a nice building. i would definitely recommend this nail & spa to anyone in the area.

Went for a powder manicure and the color was transparent and immediately began cracking an hour after they were done....very disappointed

The covid guidelines were not followed at all there. Yes everyone wore a mask but, seats and tables were not wiped down in between customers, customers were not seated 6 feet from each other, and the dishes I got my nails soaked in got poured into the sink, not washed out or rinsed and put right back into a pile with the other dishes. Definitely will not be going back.

Very rude. Very poor customer service. Last time I was in to get a fill the employee laughed about the mistakes he made and wouldnt fix. Anything. Went in today and the employees kept taking walk in customers over people who were there with appointments.

On the phone we were told $30 a piece for short acrylic nails and it ended up being $100 in total, each set ended up being $45 and a $10 massage. Robins nails ended up being uneven, different shapes and you can see through the polish. Then while we were paying we were looking for smaller bills to tip (even though we already paid $30 more than we were told) and the lady shooded us out and rolled her eyes.

This is a wonderful salon. It was my first time there today and was very impressed. I got a pedicure w/foot massage (basically an hour) for $40 plus tip and my nails were beautiful. They offered snacks and water. The place is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend it. 😁

I went here last night on a whim with no appointment and all I can say is WOW - what an amazing place. This was by far the best pedicure experience I have ever had. My legs and feet felt AMAZING, and so do I.Walking in I was greeted immediately, and blown away by how clean, airy, and pretty the space was. They have an astonishing number of options as far as spa pedicures go (I got the Rose Spa Pedicure), and they are all really reasonably priced. They also have a ton of great polish colors. A really sweet younger woman seated me immediately, and asked about the temperature of the water in the foot bath as it filled - Ive never had someone ask that before, and thought it was really considerate.The younger gentleman that was assisting me was really spectacular. He was so kind and humorous, and he could tell I wasnt in a talking mood (I just wanted to relax and read my book) and he was really respectful of that. On top of that, he did a really amazing job, and I felt like he spent a lot of time with me, making sure I had a good experience. They also used a steam machine on my legs, which Ive never seen before - super cool - and the hot stone massage on my legs and the neck massage as my toe polish dried felt really wonderful.On top of that(!) they also bring around trays of complimentary snacks and water. How sweet is that?! And the decorative wooden trays they bring the supplies out on are so pretty and they even put the pedicure lotions and creams in beautiful little leaf-shaped bowls in a pretty design on the tray - those little details were so shocking, and so welcome. You can tell they put real effort into making it a beautiful experience for people, and everyone I met here was so incredibly kind.I have been telling every person Ive seen so far about this place and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you!!

They took such great care of me and my grandma! I got a gel color change (huge selection of go polishes) and she got a rose spa pedicure. She loved being pampered and having her 93 year old feet taken care of. Great experience!

I just went with my sister for the first time. I had Leo give me a French pedicure, Gel French manicure, and chair massage... all were fantastic. My sister had an older lady who did not clean under her nails, or put lotion on her hands, or do some of the other steps that should be in a manicure. The place inside is gorgeous... very fancy, and clean. They also bring around chips and drinks :) I would come here again.

I really like this place. They are very friendly. Great customer service and they actually talk to you. However I do not recommend getting the gel full set. After 3 days of having them 2 nails popped right off. The gel came right off but the nail was left on. I called them and they where willing to fix them at no costs.

My friend and I decided to try this places because we heard some good things. However, we were not impressed. I made an appointment a week in advance and still had to wait abot 30 minutes. Which really isnt a big deal to us we understand that places get busy. However, when we finally sat down to get our nails done it was awful. The guy that did my nails kept grinding too close to my skin and made me bleed in a few places. He was very rough and it was very clear he didnt care and wanted to just get through it. When it came time to paint my nails I pulled up a picture and asked if they could replicate it. They assured me that they could, but the nail technician never looked back to refer to the photo at all. There was no design and nails were painted the wrong colors. He didnt even notice. Not even a week later my nail broke. Acrylic nails shouldnt break easily. My friend and I will not be returning to this place.

I went here for the first time today and had an amazing experience! The lavender relaxing pedicure was awesome, and the tech did a great job! I also got a 10 minute back massage and I didn’t want to get up from the chair! Brand new place, such nice decor.

I really enjoy this nail salon. On top of the beautiful and elegant decor the staff are very friendly and not rude once so ever unlike almost ALL of the surrounding nail salons (especially TJs nail salon across the street). The blueberry pedicure is to dye for. One suggestion would be to get more of a variety of the SNS colors. Over all I always leave pleased with the work they have done and completely relaxed.

Just opened and I’m glad I checked it out. Friendly staff who don’t seem phased by a little garden dirt! Come check out this clean, relaxing place.

I came here for the first time after reading a few of the good reviews, I should have listened to the bad ones. To start off he didnt ask me what shape I wanted and barely listened when I tried to tell him, he didnt ask what length I wanted or if I liked the shape and length, he just kept rushing along. He cut me twice with the drill and once with his own nail while he was polishing. He scraped the side of my thumb with his thumb nail repeatedly and pretty hard which just smeared red polish on my finger and left a very blunt cut. He also used the buffer block on one of my cut fingers and I dont know that he threw it away even though I told him he smeared blood on it, the cuticle scissors were caked with something and clearly not clean. The whole experience left me feeling gross and with polish on most fingers, some crooked nails, some not filled in fully/ neatly...and just a poor quality nail set. When I pointed out the paint on my fingers he told me if I wash my hands at home it will come off, he did nothing to try to fix any of this...needless to say Ill never go back and I DO NOT recommend this place.

Best pedicure ive ever gotten!!! They give you the spa experience and dont just rush you in and out.

At first, I thought they were great.  I went in to get acrylic nails, they suggested SNS nails as it was better for nails and didnt lift.  As I have had acrylic nails on and off throughout the years and usually got rid of them due to lifting, I gave the SNS a try.  The first SNS were great and lasted over two weeks.  I went back in to have them redone.  Within less than a week, they started lifting.  I went back in and they repaired the two nails that were lifting.  A few days later I noticed that one of the repaired nails and a few others were lifting.  Again I went back, but this time to get them removed.  I knew someone that had a fungal infection due to lifting nails and didnt want that.  What prompts the one star review is the damage I saw when the nails were removed. All my nails have been sanded down way more than they ever have been.  Two nails were sanded down into the nail bed and are painful, another nail has split down the nail and all of them are damaged more than they ever were elsewhere.  The facility is absolutely beautiful & staff are nice...Ive never had my nails damaged this bad!

My friends and I had an appointment at 3:15 that we had set up several hours in advance. One of my friends had a pressing engagement so we really needed to get started at 3:15 and done before 4:50. We originally wanted acrylics but they managed to get us to do SNS, which we thought would be fine if it was faster. It wasnt. First, they made two of my friends wait an hour, so my one friend had a really stressful time because she didnt end up leaving until 5:00, when she needed to be somewhere AT 5. Thats when they started my nails, two hours later, and they didnt even give me the shape I asked for. You would think after making me wait for so long they would try and at least do their job right. But no. My friends and I are VERY disappointed and we will not be coming back

The new store is very clean, but the work is very poor. They look at it as a novice. The work is not very skilled.the sns powder I made cracked the next day. I will never go again.

The service was nothing short of amazing, I went in to have my nails reshape because of a terrible nail salon but Tommy hook me up shape my nails not only are my nails fire but the services was absolutely wonderful, I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to on this one . Thank you Tommy
