I have been to the one in Cortland, NY on Franklin Street numerous times. The woman who almost always works at that time is outstanding. She has always been very friendly, fast and efficient. She deserves recognition for excellent job performance.

Poor treatment of staff. Couldnt believe the ego of the manager named Brett.

Staff are crazy-fast and efficient; the 3 stars are for the minimal hours that they’re open to the public.

Was looking for 2 packages that were due to be delivered today. By 4:30 they hadnt shown up. I stopped at this location in Cortland and the girl at the counter hunted down the packages, notified the driver who had them in his truck, and then called me when he was back at their facility so I could pick them up. Best customer service I have ever gotten from UPS!!

Went well, smooth easy transaction. I even got a receipt quickly.

I had an Amazon package deliver on 02/24/2021 and instead of driving up the driveway to the house like they have been doing for the last 15 year they left my package half in the doorway to the kids bus stop building near the road, over 150 yards from the House, we felt lucky no one stole it. Im not sure why this was done, we hope they dont do it again, but cant get a real person to answer the phone anymore.

Charged $60 for overnight and it took 5 days. They refuse to refund me.

Set hours to remember. Always pleasant to deal with.

Physically this is not a beautiful place and it is not exactly located in an obvious place for people who do not know the town or have some electronic mapping software to get them there! Thats said the lady that does the transactions for customers who visit the dispatch center that is part of the building is extremely efficient!

The staff member Stacy is rude, unprofessional, foul mouthed, and clearly hates her job enough to take it out on customers. Stacy acts as though its too hard for her to move around to do anything to be helpful. The lead operator at this facility, Jim, is just as unhelpful and lacks customer service skills. He clearly also lacks ability to clearly manage and higher proper staff members. I was informed that my packages were his property until he chooses to release them. This is not only incorrect, but illegal as well.

Always helpful, efficient and fast when they are open. Took one star off for limited public hours and the fact that they place is kind of hard to find and in a disconcerting area first trip out but it is more of a warehouse so it is understood. The woman behind the counter is knowledgeable and great at her job.

I finally got a live human being!! The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful, positive and informative. Very pleased.

Fast and efficient. The place is only open 4:00-6:00 and it was the first business day after New Years but the Woman working the Counter was very fast and efficient. I was in and out of there twice with very little wait time.

Horrible place overall, rude workers, bad management.They also like to post fake reviews on google to make them look better than what the company really is. It just seems like there is a real lack of motivation here!

I really love this UPS Facility in Cortland so much. They always rely on getting packages delivered and I know that when I order something off of Amazon, and not to mention, they are incredibly helpful whenever I have to get a package delivered to one of my friends. I absolutely love it and I cant get enough of it.

Helpful service but far too limited hours of operations. Hard to get in to ship your packages when theyre hardly ever open

This UPS center is close to me, and easy to use and staff are friendly, but wish they had morning hours of being open for those that work second shift, and had some shipping supplies to buy at a decent price in order to ship returns and other merchandise.

This place is a joke. A package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and nothing will done till Monday no phone call, no checking on location. This is very poor customer service. Ill be going through someone else from now on.
