Just a really good family owned business. Its hard to find a company that delivers great quality and unbelievable service with professionalism. They offer a wide variety of transportation all with the same great quality. Good for group trips, or personal and classy transportation.

I was booking a group wine tour came across ELS and emailed them for some pricing information. With dates confirmed they told me they would send a contract for me to sign and send back to deposit. I then scheduled tastings for the wineries including booking fees to hold our group that are not refundable. Then I get an email back from ELS asking which lake we are going to, to find out they don’t “go to that lake”. Their website has the entire state highlighted as areas they serve. If you don’t go to Kueka perhaps you should start with that question. Beyond that I replied explaining to them I had already paid deposits for 2 wineries based on our conversation, and simply asked if we could go to those 2 then head to another lake. No reply after ] full business days when we had been relying within an hour all day. Unprofessional! Found a better price and more reliable company that takes credit cards. It’s 2020, get with it!
