Absolutely unprofessional experience woman I spoke with was extremely rude and couldn’t do her job, would love for someone to reach out to me with her name because she wouldn’t even let me speak to management. Called from a dealership and she had no idea how to do anything I asked of her and proceeded to tell me I was not authorized to speak to her manager. I suggest a bit more training for your employees as they are extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention the first woman I spoke to couldn’t handle the task and put me on hold again after being on hold for 25 minutes. After asking to speak to management with the second woman I was hung up on, pathetic customer service. Do better Allstate! (This was through the corporate line)

Relocated from Denver, Co. This Allstate agency responded carefully to our insurance needs. Registering a vehicle in NY State is complicated. The Dermody Agency showed that they actually wanted our business. The rates are fair and the customer service is exceptional.
