We have clean cars and after every person that we pick up we spray Lysol and we wipe our cars down so that no customers have a chance of catching covid whatsoever and our drivers are required to wear masks at all times when we have customers and vehicles reliable taxi on time for your pickup for your destination to go to give us a call 24/7

The cab came to my house in less than a half an hour, which was fine because I was quite a distance away from dispatch. The driver was relaxed, funny, and seemed to be a very safe driver. On my way back to my house with the same cab company the cab came in ten mins and the man and woman in the front were very nice and got us home safely and it was very inexpensive for our distance.

So far I have been picked up by the same very kind gentleman coincidentally two times in a row. Once to deliver me to the Stone Lounge and once to deliver me home tonight. Once alone and once with a group of people. Both times have been enjoyable. Good man. Good service. Thank you.

Okay I’ve been using collegetown for years now. It’s convenient for a little town like Cortland but there are some things you need to know about it. You have to call at least an hour in advance to ensure a cab is there on time. If you call for a cab for as soon as possible it’s going to be a 45 minute to an hour wait. It’s a small company with few drivers, and can’t be there for everyone exactly at the time they want. The drivers are friendly, and so are the dispatchers

TERRIBLE! Do not use this, oh wait, it’s the only option in Cortland... So you have to call this Cab service if you need a ride. Dispatchers never give you an adequate estimate, drivers take forever to get you and it seems that they just come get you when THEY feel like it, oh and usually they’ll just cancel the ride if they want even though you need it. Last night I called a cab, took 30 minutes just for them to schedule it, and ended up canceling on me anyways after 40 minutes. Tonight, took 1.5 hours to get a ride that would normally take 10-20 minutes max. But you can’t get an Uber cause they scare all the drivers away. Literally just a monopoly.

After waiting almost an hour the cab showed up. I had to listen to his cranked up “ music” for the ride. Thankfully it was les than a mile. Then change me 10.50 for the ride. Dispatcher was rude. Definitely call someone else or walk.

Ive used College Town Taxi several times never had a problem. Friendly drivers.

Said they would be here about 9:55 didn’t end up showing up until after 10:30.. waited about 20 minutes and just found another ride... I’m a chill person a call saying you were running late woulda been cool

I used to drive for them. Dont use them, they have bedbugs in their cars, they are disgusting vehicles. Call a different cab company!!

Driver blasted loud rap music at 10 am and drove like a maniac.

To high in price I can get a cab for 5 dollars

They were HORRIBLE!! they swiped my credit card multiple times saying ny card was declined but it was money being taken off . Then they made me oh 5 dollars for taking me around the Corner or they said they was calling the cops, dont use them !! They are creepy and their vehicle is the worst

It took 1.5 hours to get to Syracuse(normally should only take 45 min, I was also given this time estimate when I called ) I almost missed my flight . Oh and btw the price is double that of uber . Oh and I got charged TWICE (payed via cash but still got charged to the card ) No wonder taxis are going out of business !!!

At the end of the night even when the fat girls left you.. this cab company won’t ❤️

The driver ditched my mother and sister at walmart and never came back. The car was disgusting and looked terrible.

I ordered a cab pick up at 10 in the morning to go to work at 3 not only was i late they didnt send a cab to come get me till I was already 20 minutes late and its a regular thing I order a cab pickup and what happens oh sorry your time call had to be pushed back due to other calls usually an hour or so I dont know if Ill be using this cab anymore

I called at 4:50am because my car wouldn’t start before work. I thought they wouldn’t be too busy since it was so early. I got a text with the driver’s details. 15 minutes later I attempted to call the driver (“Josh”) and his phone went straight to voicemail, so I called back the dispatcher for news.She said she didn’t know where the driver was, he wasn’t answering radio calls, she was sorry and so we cancelled my cab. Presumably, the only reason why I wasn’t waiting out in the snow for an hour was because I called THEM to find out what was taking so long.I ended up paying extra to take Uber, which I was surprised I could even get a driver so early in the morning but thankfully did. I actually thought I could count on this cab company rather than a new Uber driver every time, but now I know not to even bother wasting my business here.

Called several times for a ride home from main street Cortland and never ever got a pick up.. Just an answering machine.. For hours on end.. Do NOT USE!! THEY ARE CRAP!!

Said they would pick me up from gas station in freevile... An hour later i got a text saying they cancelled my cab.

Waited 45 minutes then they cancelled recalled and then they said it would be another hour then they never showed up and the next day they charged me $3 over what they told me
