In the last month, Sears Repair has fixed both my dishwasher and my refrigerator ice-maker. The repairmen helped prevent future issues. One warned that Dishwasher Manufacturers assume the water is 120 F to start with, so to always run tap water before pressing on - especially in winter (to make sure it really is hot water entering the machine). The other repairman noted that newer refrigerators have an extra heating element to keep the icemakers from getting jammed, and attached one ot our line to help out.

This maintenance visit was outstanding. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. He even spent more than the 18 minutes allotted by Sears for a maintenance check!In the past, Sears technicians knew enough to check things out but did not know enough to make repairs or even adjustments such as changing the oven temperature settings.So Sears appliance calls all depend on the expertise of the technician assigned to your call.Beware!

Technician was very good. He knew the appliance well, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly - within one day of my call for help.He also was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions. we felt very comfortable with him in our house.

Sears phone service is the worst the service guys are the best

The service for our washer and dryer was excellent! When the different repairman came to fix the microwave, that was a disaster. He didnt speak very good English, he looked at the microwave and said we needed a new one this one is 3 years old too old to repair.He didnt even know how to get the microwave out of the wall compartment (we had already taken the face plate off.) And Sears was going to charge us $250 just for him to come out and tell us that?We did have it fixed by a local appliance repair store for $39.95 (including the review to see what was wrong with it, a sensor that cost $7.00)I hope you will educate your staff on how to fix your microwaves instead of selling themThank you

Your Rep was very professional and polite. Did a fine job of cleaning my washer and dryer.

Our experience was good and on time. However we had to call back because the tub was left uncrewed from the cabinet and tipped each time it was opened. They came immediately and solved that problem but we are now faced with the door droping down when you open the dishwasher which makes be believe there is a spring disconnected.

Your service man was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I was very happy with the service provided.

TERRIBLE.. first I called customer service, they ordered the parts, I received parts called to confirm best date was following Monday, the repair man was GREAT however WRONG parts ordered, so he orders the correct parts, he expedites and notes that we are to have installation right away. I get the parts the next day, call customer service 3 times, 1st time the person was transferring me dropped my call, called again got someone who barely spoke English, third person was nice but said SORRY they do not expedite for sooner installation best they could do was the Monday that was scheduled, thank goodness it was only my ice machine and not the whole refrigerator, 3 wks to get fixed.. your customer service and the process you do to repair is HORRIBLE.. Your repair man was courteous and very nice not his fault your process stinks.. last time I purchase an appliance from Sears as the service stinks.. not sure why but it says review will be under someone elses name.. wrong Shirley Burnisky
