The Representative was very unresponsive to me picking up my order! I had to say something to get a response? Lack of communication! Felt I was being a problem purchasing a new phone! Ask him to change a few things on account and there still the same? Should have went to T-Mobile!

She went beyond the call of duty. I was having difficulty with several of my ATT accounts. After 40 years in the computer business I was at wits end. I retired as the director of systems software and computer operations with 25 excellent staff members. In 1968 I set up the first - that I know of - help desk. Watching her work her way through my problems was reminiscent of my young years when my mind was sharp. Jea was outstanding in problem solving and customer service. I had a terrific experience at the Corte Madera store today. I came in with a significant issue that I had been unable to solve through customer service. The manager, Jea and the sales rep, Damion, took the time to understand the issue fully and figure out a good solution. I came in very concerned about the issue and my inability to solve it. I left very satisfied with the result and the sincere efforts of both employees to solve my problem. I have been an ATT customer for nearly 15 years, and my experience today reinforced my loyalty to the company.

I first came in to purchase a new speaker. I was helped by Damian. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and we got started. I was in and out within 20min. I had never received such fast service at at&t. Even with the masks I knew I got a genuine smile from him on the way out. I then came back later hoping to get a proof of purchase for my airpods that are unfortunately on the sprits. Again I was created immediately by Jae. She was pleasant and gave me the paperwork I needed within 5 min. In and out with lots of smiles. Thank you staff wor providing quick and please t survive during these troubled times. Had lunch with the family in Corte Madera and was walking the mall in July 4 and ran across this AT&T store. I had some issues to address from my last upgrade at another store last year.To my surprise they were open! I debated going in as my normal experience was a very long wait, but it didnβt look crowded so I figure Iβd give it a shot.I was immediately greeted by a friendly guy who asked what he could do for me. I explained my question s, and he said he would get his manager to help. She came out from her lunch break and very politely and professionally listened to my issues and explained/answered them very clearly and completely.I had the best visit to an AT&T store ever! Iβve had AT&T since AT&T started. I think before that was Cellular One!I wish I lived closer to this store. I have literally spent hours in other stores and have gotten βquestionableβ information, almost downright lies from salespersons at stores in San Francisco.I will make a trip to this store for any time I need to speak to a salesman. It will be worth crossing the bridge!BK

Hi -I wanted to make sure to forward comments regarding Nate. I came to the store unaware of a major professional hack to my ATT phone which has now allowed the culprits to access my bank account. Not only did Nate research the potential concern but by the time I am now leaving the store, Nate has helped me to suspend my ATT account that had unauthorized purchases, suspend my compromised phone, create a new phone number, contact the fraud department and calm my severed nerves. Nate has treated my problem as he would if I were a family member with sensitivity, compassion but also with experience, aptitude and professionalism. I could continue describing how he upheld the best of practice for ATT but also as a leader and someone I am lucky to have met. I can only wish that everyone in this situation could be lucky enough to be helped by Nate or someone like him. I look forward to knowinf of his ongoing successes.

We were told to go to the store after talking to customer care. The woman at the store could do absolutely nothing kept asking us the same questions and clearly had no idea what to do. I dont know how AT&T could keep any of their customers.

Mario, AT&T store rep, was awesome. I made an appointment for today after trying to get information about my plan online and speaking to AT&T reps in the phone. Online was a little confusing. Talking to the rep on the phone, he was more interested in selling me WiFi & tv and all the things that Iβm not interested in. Thatβs when I made the appointment to visit the store in The Town Center Corte Madera.Mario greeted me right a way. He was courteous l, polite and above all helpful. Another words he explained everything, got me set up with the plan of my liking & answered every one of my questions.Way to go Mario!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. Waited for 45 mins for a prepaid card No one ever even said hi or acknowledged us. Went to T-Mobile in the plaza and was greeted as soon as I walked in and they got me a plan for half the price. I will be going there for all my travel needs. Never going back to ATT

I was very satisfied with the service at this AT&T store. The salesperson - Benjamin -was polite, patient, helpful and positive and pleasant. i am a very new smart phone user and he was an excellent teacher.
Easily the worst customer experience Ive ever had. The incompetence and attitude of the staff was unfathomable. Let me paint you a picture:Website said open till 8pm. I walk in around 6:30. Go up to the front desk to a woman who was clearly trying to avoid me. Ask for help and she says let me put you on the waitlist. Look around. There are two customers in the store, with FOUR employees picking items up and putting them back down. Clearly enough to handle it. I give them the benefit of the doubt.Sit down at a table and quietly read on my phone. Two women work together to put a poster up in the store. Instead of helping me? Not exactly a two man job. But Ill give the benefit of the doubt, again. I thought AT&T might want my business.45 minutes later the employees are still trying to put up a poster, I havent even been spoken to. The boyfriend of a customer tries to come back in the front door. Its locked. A lady lets him in and says sorry, we closed at 7, thats why it was locked.Nobody told me when I walked in that they were closing soon? Website said 8pm. Nobody even tried to assist me. I storm out, door is locked again. Lady says Oh, youre leaving?.Of course Im leaving. And I hope nobody ever goes to this store again. F*** AT&T. Dont even bother.

GREG IS DISRESPECTFUL, DISTASTEFUL, RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC - and will be costing his company THOUSANDS of dollars . We are long time customers, we have stayed with AT&T crappy service because of how long we have been with them (WE HAVE SERIOUSLY BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE THE FIRST CELL PHONE CAME OUT. ). Im pleased to say even our extended family, and our businesses will switch tv and phone providers as well. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. There are too many options to put up with such poor customer service EVERY TIME.I never leave google reviews - but feel like this should be more places than Yelp!ONE STAR TOO MANY!As a family of 6 adults and 2 children - Im surprised to say we have NEVER had a pleasant experience in our 10 years of living here .between all of us. The last one has compelled me to review .GREG HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND DISTASTEFUL DEMEANOR .I knew when he approached us to help me trade my phone in that day- he would be a piece of work . He acted as though he needed to exert his male dominance - my mother and I thought he was new and insecure . Given the fact he even needed a manager to get him started . Clearly this is their personality .He was short toned, and in stead of asking where certain things were in my phone - He made rude comments and tossed my phone to me dont know why you would put your settings there, cant make it easy. after I pulled the app upWELL IT IS MY PHONE !I had my iPhone 7plus for OVER three years - and it had one minor ding in the corner . So while one of the MANY visits to his manager (the next table over, clearly we hear whats being said )- she told him it was okay. She told him she would accept it THREE TIMES! Finally after he approached her again- she said do what you want, and brushed him away. Clearly annoyed, i would be too. he came back and said he wouldnt accept it for a trade in because it had been dropped . MIND YOU HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME 175$ for the trade from the jump . EVEN WITH THE SCRATCH IN THE CORNERWHY?! Power play .When we approached the manager . Taylor ? I dont remember . She said its important to protect the integrity of the employees . While i understand that HOW IS IT INTEGRITY WHEN HE TURNED US AWAY JUST BECAUSE HE WANTED TO? How is the integrity WHEN THEY MANAGER TOLD HIM TO ACCEPT IT AND HE BUGGED HER 4 TIMES UNTIL SHE CHANGED HER MIND! He kept approaching her u til she told him to tell us no . He kept changing his story, tossing my phone - seriously acting as though we are beneath him. Total narcissist.When i asked if this was because we are different, he cocked his head back and smirked. Not to mention he kept telling us to have a good day and following us out the store . Harassment . Such a disgusting human .ANY IPHONE NEEDS GO TO APPLE! I got 100$ more then they would have, didnt have an activation fee, AND EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS PLEASANT. Even with a higher store volume, they still make sure to actually take care of their customers.Im not sure if it is the fact there are same sex couples in our family, that its bi racial ? or their employees simply dont try to keep the customers . Maybe its his lack of knowledge and expertise, so he gets off with being a pos? Im not too sure .NOT TO MENTION THE PHONES ARENT EVEN LABELED CORRECTLY . How hard is that .We have home internet and cell phones for 2 homes and 6 people - we will be looking in to other providers . Enough is enough . And they will be losing the thousands we spend every year.

One of the worse retail experiences of my life. I went in to return a Bose speaker and an employee took my name and said someone would be with you. After 15 minutes I asked another employee how long the wait was going to be. He told me it would be 76 minutes unless his manager came back. He then told me that some folks have been waiting an hour and twenty minutes. I am not kidding or exaggerating.They have no one that can help with simple transactions. The Verizon store across the way is 10 xs better.They should fire the head of retail stores at AT&T, thats how bad it was.

I had the best experience with Marissa at the ATT store in Corte Madera. Marissa was the most bomb employee I am sure ATT has ever encountered. She went the extra mile to put it mildly. I was frustrated with trying to bundle my services and she was patient, kind and most important got to the problem. Marissa followed up with me and even called me on her day off! This girl is the whole package and more. A total gem. She needs to run ATT. Things would be incredible then!

I made an appointment at the Corte Madera AT&T Store for 12pm on a weekday to hopefully minimize the wait time. That didnt matter. With virtually NOBODY in the store, I was told I needed to be patient when I asked about my appointment at 12:10pm. Really? Im 53 years old. And I was told to be patient by the guy in charge of customer service. The bad customer service didnt get any better. That lovely attitude of the AT&T Customer Service Rep spilled over and just kept on spilling. I was told that this was likely a communication problem and that I must have somehow created this problem. Where do they get these people? He didnt even know what the problem was. He was merely switching out the sim card. I spent 4 hours on the phone last night with AT&T after they gave me the wrong phone number. I was pretty damn patient. After all, stuff happens. BUT the Corte Madera customer service rep trying unsuccessfully to tell me that this was my fault? Simply amazing. I didnt ask for his opinion. What a horrible employee. Thats customer service at the Corte Madera AT&T.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They are horrible horrible evil people. They like to sell you opened box phones that are broken and then charge a restock fee to return them. These people should not be representatives of AT&T.

The problem is not the people at the store, it is the company. The worst service, expensive and unreliable. I had U-Verse (what a name!) for a month and it failed three times. The store manager promised to discount installation and internet gateway fees just by calling him. When I went to the store nobody knew anything about it, then he reluctantly waved only the installation fee. The salesperson admitted that ATT does false advertising in their web promotions. Oh yeah, you cannot get disconnected at the store, you have to call in...... hours of wasted time, disconnects.... I was lucky to find someone (Tia in Saint Louis) through the store phone that finally and apparently took care of my request to stop this lousy rip-off service U-Verse.... U-what? For a technological giant they really suck, their broadband is so outdated that I had that sort of system in South America about four years ago, even there they do no use it anymore. A giant with a midget size brain. What about sending you a video with your bill.... it would not even open........ I feel that I should be reimbursed for all the wasted time, frustration and lies. Now I am trying to get a refund for the modem and the stupid DSL box...... for which they charged me $100, what the hell do I need that crap for? Shame ATT, what went wrong with you people, what is it that you do not understand? I encourage everybody to drop this company, get out, before you get screwed, they could care less!
