Great place for phone repairs and to get phone cases. Their repair prices are reasonable compared to the Apple Store and I recommend getting repairs here if you’re out of warranty. They have a great case selection and can order whatever case you want as well. Their screen protectors are a must-have and their warranty on them is great! If your case or screen protector breaks (not caused by you, meaning a case defect), they replace it free of charge if you have the receipt.

Tim was awesome. So helpful and so nice. Very reasonably priced. Also he somehow repaired my phones battery in under an hour while also taking phone calls and helping customers. This place is awesome.

In mid April, I had my iPhone screen repaired and was told the price was $99.99. I asked how strong the glass was, since the price was quite high.(I once had another phone repaired at The apple certified repair at mobile kangaroo and it was $145 with labor. However, since they are certified as an Apple repair place, mobile kangaroo gets their products from Apple, so the glass is as strong as in a new Apple phone. It was a good value, since it functioned the way they said, as good as the original). ....the repair guy at iPlaynTalk told me the glass was as strong as Apples would be and that it was warranted for a year. I didnt even need to keep the receipt. Do they keep the record of the sale, I wondered?I took the chance and got it repaired. I thought about getting a new case, that would be lighter than the Otterbox case I had at home, but they didnt have any suitable colors. so i left with the phone repaired with what turned out to be a cheap replacement.The repair guy didnt say what he should have said...make sure you put the case on before you use it, because the glass we use is a cheap Imitation (probably from China) and it wont last a minute if you even slightly drop it!.......I went back to the shop at the village shopping center in Corte Madera thinking they would quickly replace the broken glass, since it was about a week since repairing it and I dropped it about 2 ft, from my hand to a floor and it cracked! It turns out the said they cant replace it under the warranty because the warranty did not cover physical damage (ie dropping) or water damage !! I wonder, what other kinds of damage is there? isnt this deceptive advertising to say it is warranted, for a year except against anything that is likely to happen?I wasted 100 dollars (minus a penny) for 2 weeks of protection.....

My screen stoped working after had it replaced in January, the issue was taken care of without any BS. Great place!

Had the screen repaired on a Monday... neither the flashlight or camera buttons worked and then the new glass cracked by Wednesday without being dropped. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys for the price they are charging.

Screen totally shattered, luckily these guys were here and had the screen replaced perfectly in under 30 min (it does say it normally takes 45 min). So glad they got it it done quickly and done right. Feels like a new phone :-)
