I took my truck there for an overheating issue. Brandon and his guys got right on it. Ran many tests and found the problem to be an air bubble in my system. Bled the air out. Checked my front end also per my request. Picked my truck up and wasn’t charged a dime. Great bunch of guys. They’ll have my business as long as I’m in the area. Thanks guys

Brought my GMC in for an exhaust system issue. Brandon let me know within 30 min what the problem was. He found the part needed and his guys got us back on the road in a few hours. He was upfront with pricing which was very reasonable! Will definitely be back for all our diesel needs!

Horrible. Dropped my truck off for a 2 day job that turned out to have the truck for 9 days. They never called to let me know why the truck was taking so long. I had to pay $450 of rental car fees because of their screw up. They only compensated me for 2 day of rental fees. The truck sat there for 7 days before they started work on it. Poor scheduling. Never told me.Got the truck back and it was raining outside that day and the following day. The truck sat still I til Saturday morning until we went outside to see a huge puddle of fluid under the truck. It was leaking. Now the Damn thing has to go back to this horrible place so they can Repair what they screwed up.And dont bother calling on Saturday or Sunday...no answering machine and they are closed.So the truck has sat for 4 days after we brought it home and now it has to go back! Im pissedToday the 5thwheel hitch was to be installed in San ANTONIO but had to cancel. We are supposed to be moving by Wed but that a cancelled..i now have to pay for rental car fees again and now Hotel costs because of this shop!!!Im spending money I do not have because of their errors!!!!!!!!!Take your truck to Coastal Deisel.This place is not worth the money loss.This place has a 4 star rating because of how nice Frank is.Horrible communication and bad work are the rest.
