Great people, I am very happy with the work they did for me.

This company has to be the worse company I have ever dealt with. They take way too long to respond to any issues. They always place the blame on the user even when it is quite obvious the user knows more than their worthless tech. It took 5 phone calls to have a user set up for remote desktop login. They have had our system set up for several weeks now and still have everyone with default passwords. Their communication skills are severely lacking. I just do not understand how companies like this can stay in business. They are terrible with everything we have requested of them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will nickel and dime you to death. Their support staff is clueless. The phones are frustrating to use and they are constantly down. I will Absolutely not be renewing my lease with these people.
