Tamara and Joseph are literally some of the best people we have ever dealt with in ANY way. Since we sold and bought with them, they take no commission on the sale of our house, which is an unheard of deal! I have friends who paid their agents twice the commission we paid, only to let their houses sit on the market for months. Here are just a few reasons we would recommend Tamara and Joseph:1) They got our offer accepted on a house we loved, before our house was even listed! Their record of selling houses quickly convinced our sellers they could make it happen.2) They helped us get our house ready and sold it FAST, at a great price. Tamara even came over to help with staging, and drove to the nursery to exchange the wrong plants our landscaper brought the day before photos were taken. What agent does that?!3) They talked our sellers out of several contingencies they tried to throw at us, and advocated for us at every turn. My brothers agent let him put $5,000 down on a house, nonrefundable, and he had a complete disaster of an experience, including his entire family being homeless for a month between the sale and purchase. Tamara and Joseph refused to allow us to risk our money or our home, and made sure that we were able to move directly from one house to the other with ZERO risk to us if either deal fell through.4) I thought we were hiring real estate agents, but what we basically got was the home buying/selling equivalent of wedding planners! They orchestrated everything with escrow and both lenders, knew every requirement ahead of time, and made sure everything possible was done in advance. When our buyers lender kept delaying the paperwork and throwing off our close of escrow date, Tamara worked the phones relentlessly to get things done. She simply does not accept inconveniences to her clients if she can avoid them. Most agents just accept delays as part of the process, but these two will not stand for less than excellent service for their clients, from anyone!5) Tamara and Joseph dont take kickbacks from lenders. They want their clients to get the best deal possible on their mortgages, and they encouraged us to get multiple estimates. Then, they taught us how to read the estimates for hidden costs, so that we could really see who was giving us a good deal. I loved knowing they were always being honest with us, and not just trying to get something out of it for themselves.I could list about 100 more reasons to call Tamara and Joseph, but at a certain point, people would stop reading, anyway! The bottom line is that I picked Tamara because she seemed nice, and she is definitely one of the nicest people youll ever meet, but we got completely lucky when it came to the quality of service we received. Im not related to Tamara or Joseph, but by now they both feel like family because thats the way they treated us. I would never buy or sell a house with anyone else after our experience with them!
