I was worried they were going to give me a hard time because earlier that day speedy cash gave me a hard time. Not at all. Gabriela was very nice and helpful. I recommend going here if you need to cash any checks.

I went in today to buy a money order and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady name Elisabeth. She was very nice and friendly. She offered me a flare account but I kindly declined it but I am think of going back and opening this account. I highly recommend going to Ace Cash Express in the mornings. You will not be disappointed with the customer service.

I wouldnt recommend banking with Ace Cash due to the horrible service the bank provides theres been multiple times where Im charged over draft fees for no reason and then I have to wait to access my money... Thats if you catch it and complain I had to go through ever transaction with someone over the phone two or three times to prove the money in my account did not add up I was missing money. And on top of that they have fees for everything, you want to withdraw more than $400 theres a fee, $5 every month even tho you have direct deposit and $15 just to close the account for what? They will look for anyway to take your money. Highly would recommend not babking here I was better off cashing my checks at a liquor store.

Went in to cash my check on Saturday and the girl wendy who was attending me did not have good customer service at all! she asked me what was the purpose of me cashing my check? I always go there and never received bad service. She was making me feel like if i didnt know what i was doing and everything seemed confused to her . Never again am i going to that store.

Actually do what you say your going to do

They take money out of your account without your permission, even if you pay your loan on time, they take advantage and steal from people, they are a huge ripoff, and they’re thieves

If you need to change a western union money order this is the place. They open early, they charge you less, fill out less information papers than the western union checking.
