Amie at the Corona branch was beyond helpful. I had spent the day at a different rental company trying to rent a car. I was extremely frustrated and at the absolute end of my rope when I decided to call enterprise in Corona and see if they could provide me with any help. The gentlemen on the phone was quick and concise and gave me such helpful information. Within ten minutes I had arrived at enterprise Corona and from the second I walked in, I was already having a better experience. I was immediately greeted and offered water and a seat. For the first few moments I was curt and short with the staff at first because I had been so frustrated from spending hours trying to rent a car at a different rental company just prior. Not only was my frustration met with kindness, patience, and understanding, the entire staff quickly showed me that they were here to help and I was in great hands. Amie went above and beyond for me and made renting a car so simple! Amie listened to my frustrations and provided the most amazing service. Amie and her staff had me in a car, driving off the lot within 26 minutes. I cannot rave enough about this branch and this staff. I will be recommending this rental service and this location to absolutely everyone I come in contact with!!

This branch should not get one star.Never rent from the Havertown location. Great majority staff are poorly trained, if trained at all. I contacted they to return my Tuesday, do to injury occurred during travel this location I was unable bend my knee. Kyle the poor trained staffer keep myself and district sales manager on phone while claiming to gather more information for 55 minutes. I keep of the time. District Sales Manager had to get off after 40 minutes. Later, it was determined this staffer left us on hold to go pick up other cars. Height for poor trained in customer service, and future manager no better. He committed to pick up vehicle on Tuesday, never call back advising anything. Finally showed up two days later on Thursday late afternoon. He should let go, because this person unable train staff in customer service fundamentals which is clearly needed here and hiring of quality staff. What I can say, Airport office is highly trained and does an excellent job. I should know, because my Sales and marketing organization of 250 people would never treat or disrespect senior management this way. Best bet, rent from another company and absolute never at Havertown branch until corp clean house!!!

BE CAREFUL OF NOLEN. HE WILL TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE AND MODIFY YOUR CONTRACT. NOLEN MODIFIED MY CONTRACT AND TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY BE $30.33 PER DAY. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE CONTACT IT WAS $30.33 PER HR AND $90.33 A DAY.THAT GUY IS SHADY AND WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!

I gave Enterprise a one star because I was rented a defected car.Once I picked up the vehicle, I began driving from my home town to San Francisco, a six and half hour drive. Around the fifth hour of driving, I stopped to get gas and when I exited the vehicle, to my astonishment, I saw the bumper, on the drivers side, detached from the car and hanging haphazardly.I immediately called Enterprise and reported what I found. The agent on the phone told me the car had just returned from an auto body shop and it appeared the autobody shop did a poor job in fixing the car.I understand staff, at the nearby Enterprise office where the car was exchanged, were weary of my account of what happened, but I didnt like how I was treated.

Best customer service I have encountered! I have worked in customer service before therefore as a customer I expect good customer service. But management and the team has gone above and beyond to keep me satisfied and I really enjoy coming back. Cedric especially has been amazing. I will definitely be back and recommend to my family and friends.

I WILL NEVER BE USING ENTERPRISE AFTER TODAY.I just got off the phone with Matthew at the W 6th locations in Corona CA were not only was he not trying to help but wanted to have nothing but attitude for our brief interaction on the phone I was asking simple questions as to when the car needed to be returned and when I told him what days I needed I specified that I needed JULY 9th - 12th since your not open Sunday. He replies with what month? No I just say if you don’t want to be at work or don’t need the job please resign and let someone who wants to be there and will do there job CORRECTLY take your place because it sounds like MATTHEW doesn’t want to be there anymore cause he can’t even listen to a simple requests the involves 99% of his job but hey keep him there and keep loosing business just like you did a few mins ago cause he to incompetent to perform his job. SO THANK YOU BUT NOT REALLY I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND TELLING EVERYONE TO STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Have a beautiful day whoever this makes it to. :)

Have rented a vehicle several times from Enterprise at the Corona, ca 6th street location. Very satisfied with their service. They have a relatively small lot and it gets crowded at times but they have a handle on how to get things done in a friendly yet professional manner. Good people, well run business. If you need to rent a vehicle, excellent place to go!

First off let me start off by saying i have been to alot of locations and delt with alot of manigers but this manger is by far the best cedric the branch manger is amazing he complitly made sure we were taken care of and satisfied he made sure we got to and from are vaction and checked on us the whole time cedric is a people person and cares about them he went out of his way to make sur e we were happy and he truley did thanks cedric vegas was awseome !!!!!

Slow. They said 5 minutes, 30 minutes later we had a wet car with less than half a tank of gas. They have 2 or 3 people washing 1 car and joking around when there are people waiting. They put so much fragrance in the cars I cant breathe driving it. Person giving the car was nice.

I had rented a car for over 5 years when I had this situation happen to me. I reserved small sized vehicle online ahead of time but when I arrived they didn’t have the vehicle. Enterprise offered me a different (larger sized) vehicle but wanted to charge me more although it was their mistake for reserving a car that was not available. I insisted on getting the price I was given on my reservation. It took well over an hour going back and forth and at the end the manager didn’t honor my request. I then called the 800 number and spoke to John who guaranteed the price I was given online and made me a new reservation, but at another Enterprise location. When I arrived at the other location, the reservation was not found. And, once again I was offered a more costly vehicle. I spoke to the Manager, Cedric, to honor the price and the vehicle I was guaranteed and he declined. I was feeling very disappointed and frustrated when I noticed a small sized vehicle driving into the lot to be returned. I asked a young woman, who was an Enterprise manager trainee, if she could see if that car would be available for me. She was super kind and helpful and was able to assist me in renting that vehicle.

I had a pick up time yesterday for a small truck, I had my wife drop me off at the Corona location on her way to work. When I arrived they asked me if I would take a car, I said not because I am moving a large box. They asked if I would take a small SUV, I said no because I am moving a large box. Then they processed to let me know they didnt have a truck available. I had to call my wife to come pick me up because they never offered to give me a lift home. So she ended up late for work. I saw this has happened to other people on the reviews. I would think if they didnt have the correct vehicle, they would at least call you ahead of time to go over other options or just reschedule! Very unprofessional and bad for business!

I’ve had to rent a few vehicles over the past few months and have used a few different companies. Got burned by Avis in Pittsburgh, could have rented a luxury car for 2 weeks from Enterprise for what they charged.I came here recently, on the phone I was told they didn’t have any trucks, my preference. I came with the intention of getting a small SUV. Upon arrival I noticed they were in the parking lot working, doing their best to adjust for the Covid pandemic. Friday, less than hour before closing, place was packed. Every employee was working calmly but efficiently, keeping their cool in the heat and taking careOf customers.I was seen quicker than I thought I’d be, considering the crowd. When an employee heard I wanted a truck, he was able to expedite a truck being made ready and I left after a few signitures and a swipe of the card.Quick, painless, happy with the price, man they knocked it out of the park. When I had trouble arriving at the specified drop off time, again the customer service was on point. Come here, rent a vehicle. They will take good care of you. I am thoroughly impressed.

Rented a car over the July 4th weekend. Had to keep the car all weekend because the branch was closed on Saturday and Sunday, but I made the best of it. Service at the branch was top-notch: polite, professional, respectful, and very mindful of Covid protocols! The car was new and in great condition, and served my needs very well. Returning the car was seamless and again showed the same professionalism. These facts are why I enjoy renting from Enterprise.

The local office was great but the roadside assistance was veryt bad. Left us stuck in the middle of no where for 10 hours. We kept calling and got the same story each time. Tow truck on it way. Asked several times for someone to call us back with status but never received a call. We had to call back. One time they said tow truck will be there in 30 min. but I had gotten off the phone with Enterprise and was told new rental has not been pick up yet and we were about 2 hours from where the new rental was supposed to be pick up.The last person I talked with at Enterprise (Tammy), she said she would have someone call us later that week to discuss what happen. Still no call. Drop car off and local office was great, did not charge me but I asked for corporate to contact me and still no response.

I had reviewed this place before and I was not satisfied with the way they go about taking care of there clients, this time I went back to them only because they are the closest yo my house and because of covid19 done places were closed, anyways I thought let’s give them z as chance again at the beginning everything was going good, I rented a car for the month of December for the snow trip and they did take care of me on what I needed but I had to be calling n and showing up at there place because they hardly ever pick up the phone, and This! Time I rented a car for a month and when it was time to renew the contract for the month they wouldn’t honor the same price, I told them last time I had a car accident I rented a car for almost 3 months and I pay the same price till my insurance company reimbursed me, they said that different for the insurance company, so. I agree to pay more for a full size sedan, they only had one large sedan with a bad smell, so I ask for a truck they had there and they wanted to charged me $10 more per day, when the last month I had to changed car twice because of car problems, I understand things happened but if you know you have a client willing to keep renting from you, at least work with him, the manager did rich out to me thinking I was on a rental from then but I was very disappointed, and I drove to Riverside from corona to Hertz rental car to get a vehicle. Never again renting from this location

It is unfortunate that a very great company such as enterprise has come to this level of bad service. I booked a car for 1 week and was told would be ready at 10.30am. I arrived there 10.30am sharp using Uber. The lady told me we don’t have a car and i have 2 options, wait little bit or pick another level car which cost 250$ a day. I said I’ll wait. 12pm and still nothing I ask her if other offices have cars and she said they don’t. I picked my phone and called the customer service line and ask about other offices and they told me the norco office have cars medium size. I was running late so i took Uber and went there. I got the car but had to pay extra because it’s not the compact so extra per day and extra for Insurance etc. Really bad customer service and lazy staff. They should have called me and say we don’t have car available don’t come. Why make me come and wait almost 2 hours? I spend 30$ on Uber just because staff at enterprise are incompetent and lazy not doing their job. I hope i will not need to rent from them in the future and I will certainly be advising everyone I know about the shady practices they use on customers

I had the worst experience here. They basically having me calling back and forth between my insurance and them! My insurance and Enterprise apparently have some type of feud with each Other and that is not my problem. I am the customer! Enterprise is making everything so difficult and all they need to do is dial a phone number! Change your logo!Also, I’m sure your company can write off anything that wasn’t paid by the company.

The vehicle rented was very nice and clean. The staff at this particular Enterprise office in Corona are not very nice and lack in customer service. Not much different than going to the DMV. It is clear that the manager of this location is sub-par based on how the employees are. They are an extension of his/her leadership and clearly can be improved on. 2-star rating warranted.

Last July 25, I made a reservation and I came to your branch at 852 W 6th St., Corona. By 11 am, I was surprised when one of your staff told me that they dont accept debit card anymore. I was asking for his name but he wont give it to me because I want to explain it to him that for so many times, I rented from the same branch before as handled by Natalie or Shela and they previously accepted debit cards. For the previous rentals that Ive made, at least Natalie should have informed me that next time, I cannot use debit card anymore. I do not care if you changed the policy but he never gave me consideration so I was forced to go back home and cancelled my business appointments.2. You can verify my profile with my rewards ID#WHC2Y72 ( Gold Tier Member) and rental days.3. Sometimes I avail of weekday rental promo on occasions. Your crew told me that I can rent for 1 day but if I use it for7 days, they will give me the weekday or 7 days special rate. I followed his advice but when I made a 1 day rental and instead use it for 7 days, they charge me a regular rate for 7 days totalling $315.88. For this reason, the crews should be trained enough to explain the availment of promo. This might not be important to you but as a loyal customer, Im concerned with my rental costs too.4. When I made on line reservation last April 20, I was forced to take a bus going to other branch (8089 Indiana Ave.) as the 852 W 6th St posted on the door that its closed. You should have been informed on line that this particular branch was closed.5. When I rented on that particular branch at 8089 Indiana Ave., last April 20, I availed of the weekday promo and I asked your crew if I can be brought back to my home as this branch is really far. She assured me when I rented the car. But when I returned the car on May 1,the manager said they dont bring back renters anymore. I told her that even if you changed the policy I was never informed and I was assured by your staff that I will driven back home. For this reason, I was forced to take a cab and spent too much going home.Ive been renting for so many years from San Diego to San Fernando Valley areas and I never had any problem. I knew were in a difficult situation right now but I think these should not be the reason to sacrifice your services and at the same time let the crews be trained enough to improve their communication and operational skills of the managers to still assist regular customers during this crucial period for all of us to survive.Carry on!Sincerely,Nelson

Car wasn’t washed, back passenger window covered in fingerprints (cilld seat area). Charged a day, even though car rented through car insurance. Return took 15 mins, then another 20 mins and several reminders for ride back to car dealership. Use Enterprise frequently, but this location (Indiana st, riverside ca), never again.

Pretty sad that they made me wait almost an hour to give me the rental car I reserved. Whats the purpose of a reservation if the car isnt there anyway? Plus the personnel at the 6th Street, Corona, CA location called me at 6:10 PM the previous evening to confirm.. Of course when I called back at 6:13PM the office was closed and no voicemail. COVID is no excuse for this business not to perform.

I had an easy going and stress free time with the Enterprise team in Corona, it was awesome! I had reserved a car online and all the details were clear and concise. I walked in on the day I was to pick up the rental and, even though they were trying to reboot after a small power outage, everyone was so kind and worked quickly to get car keys in my hand. Returning the car was also a breeze!I’m so impressed by the service and the value I got out of my experience with the team, I will definitely return if I ever need another rental.

I have rented many times from the LAX office, Ontario airport and the Corona office. I haven’t had a bad experience with the staff and their service, especially the Corona office, really a pleasure to deal with. The only thing I’d like to see change is the lot size of the Corona site, it’s pretty tight but the staff still manage to keep things moving. I’m still giving 5 stars because the service is so good.

Cant rate low enough. I booked a car yesterday. Got a confirmation email yo pick up the car and when I showed up to pick up the car, they said sorry, were closed. Then, they told me top goop top riverside to pick up the car. I took an uber to get there to begin with. No . I need an uber to get home and I need to find another car. No offer to reimburse the uber, even after I requested it. Their corporate customer service was no better. Id like to add that the store manager would not talk to me and their only response was that google says that theyre closed. It actually says that theyre open

I had excellent customer service for rentals from 10/18/2018 through 1/6/2019. Mine was a unique experience because I had an accidentwhich totaled my personal car on 10/17/2018, followed by a driver running a red light and t-boning my wonderful rental car on 11/17/2018. That car was wiped out, the front end just ripped off a large Jeep! The associates at Enterpruse in Corona, Cahandled the claim process with speed and grace. On 11/18/2018 I was outfitted with another excellent car and back on the road in no time. Thank you fir your excellent service Enterprise.

My car was back in the shop and I got a great weekend rate here. $35 complete for 3 days. Picking up and dropping off was fast and easy. I would rent here again ....maybe even sooner than later. I saved more in gas last weekend than the rental cost! Bonus for me...close to home and work. Car was nice and clean.

If you have a life to live that you dont want extra stress in....DO NOT COME HERE!!!!I reserved a rental the day before. I was told nothing about needing a utility bill, a recent paycheck stub, and 2 references to be able to use a debit card for the rental.The blonde haired lady at the desk was extremely rude while trying to handle the unfortunate situation. No care or concern, nor any help, when things went south.I was told that i needed to call the specific rental location to find out all of this info (that should not be my responsibility).This rental location is extremely rude, irresponsible, and have no care to help you if road blocks arise.Ill be sure to go back to Hertz knowing that they might charge a higher $$hold on my car, but wont ruin my day and force me to call out of work.Shame on you Enterprise!!!!

The manager David at this place is horrible. They will push you into a junky car. They had several on the lot but stated one didn’t have key, the other needed an oil change. My advice is to go to another location that has better management.

There has been a significant and noticeable improvement with this location’s attentiveness and courtesy from the employees. I’ve rented from this location at least three times before, and I dreaded it each time, particularly because it felt so stiff and corporate and like the employees dreaded their job. Plus let’s not forget the perpetual wait. This time, while the wait to pick up my car was still long, the employees went out of their way to make my experience pleasant, especially Christy. My car was clean and decent. The return was unbelievably fast, and Lauren was amazing. Paul, the driver who gave me ride, was so sweet. Whatever you’re doing at this location to make it less dreadful to rent, keep doing it. The crew that helped me out this time should stay here permanently, they were pretty awesome!!! Thank you.

I had a reservation for a vehicle to assist my disabled father with transportation. I took an expensive Uber for almost an hour to get to this location only to get a call from David, who identified himself as the manager. He stated that he had no vehicle on the fleet matching my reservation and he offered no assistance with meeting my reservation, nor did he address or even apologize for the inconvenience to myself and my family due to their mistakes. Ive been using Enterprise for almost 10 years, but this is unacceptable. It is evident from other reviews that this location has been declining in terms of quality. Ill be looking into contacting corporate to address my concerns about this complaint and the managerial staff.

Mislead you when you reserve a car online and even when you read the fine print doesnt mention anything about strange local quirks, like they dont take out-of-state credit cards (even though it was from Chase Bank with a branch right down the street) with an out-of-state drivers license, even though my card and DL has been verified and used by Enterprise at a hundred different locations (except this one). Oh well they lost a high dollar rental and my company has been notified. Just call National, they dont goof around like these people.

Ive always been very pleased with my experience at Enterprise in Corona. The staff is very attentive and Ive never had to wait long. I rent vehicles for the company very frequently all over the United States and for my own personal use. I have never been displeased, I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Rented a weekend rental twice because my car was in the mechanics shop for 3 weeks. The price deal for 2 successive rental weekends were very reasonable for the type of car I rented. I was able to do grocery shopping and to attend the funeral service. Also, the staff listened to my needs, and they were very respectful, and provide prompt pick up, and they gave me a ride home without delay. This was the branch at 6th St. Corona. Many thanks to all the staff. Great job!!!

I rented a car while my car got fixed, they forgot to pick me up, then resulting in me not being able to pick my child up from school in time. The enterprise tried to pass it off on the main branch. Whatever. I will never be renting from enterprise again. I would recommend going to Hertz. This place sucked.

Do not rent a car here. I work for an insurance company and one of our insured got charged an additional fee after our company paid the total amount. I called on behalf of our insured and the first time I called someone answered and then hung up. The 2nd time I called and get connected to a person and they tell me they are going to help me and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Once again I call and Jamal answers stated he was going to help me and send me an email and then he hangs ups. This is so unprofessional and do no recommend. Be careful future clients

Good experience, as expected. Vehicle rented to me taillight and turn signal was out, they didnt catch it before renting it to me so another 45 min wait to find a replacement vehicle. In the end, not the desks fault and they made it right - things happen. Im satisfied overall.

Extremely pleased with my first rental there, nice car, inexpensive, very courteous people at the counter. Will definitely use again. They will even pick you up or take you back home if youre within a few miles of the office. Much nicer cars and staff than other low-cost car rental places in the area.

I rent from Enterprise frequently and multiple times per year. Most of their locations can be pretty expensive but they all provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately this branch did everything they could to be as unhelpful as possible and the service was the worst Ive seen since I started renting cars 10 years ago. I was left stranded despite making a reservation before hand and despite my excellent track record they wouldnt rent to me because I lived in LA not Corona. Definitely a branch I will tell everyone to stay away from.

Worst enterprise experience in almost 10 years of renting exclusively with them. Not only that but worst renting experience ever. We had made a reservation for an intermediate SUV which we NEEDED for our Family trip to Las Vegas. We called in advance to MAKE SURE they had one as we were driving out of our way to get there. Their friendly service rep Matt guaranteed us one would be there. We arrive at our reservation time and of course they don’t have one. We wait for an HOUR while their representative Elizabeth says they are bringing one over from another location and cleaning it. Towards the end of the hour that we wait, another customer walks in who they apparently had forgotten to pick up. As a way to placate this woman Elizabeth comes up with the genius idea of gifting her Our SUV and long story short we’re stuck an hour late in traffic in a pickup truck to Las Vegas. Unacceptable. And completely unlike what I’ve know. Enterprise to be.
