Being a client and the fact that they dont do whats asked it even return calls in a timely fashion, since Covid-19 a!$ before. Its only gotten worse, and the fact that there is a lot of things that need to be done as far as for their clients. I get a different answer to the same question, everytime I get a different person on the line. Then it always takes forever to hear back, if I even hear back at all. I have asked to speak with my worker for 6 most and havent gotten a call back, masks, or even gloves during the pandemic despite one box of gloves when it 1st started & 0 masks to go shopping with my aide for myself. But they seem to send plenty to the aide it seems but she even had to buy her own because what she got were cheap paper masks that broke easily. I asked 3 times, and 3 times they said they would set up a care pack and call the aide and I never gotten one. This is just one of, at least, four different issues Ive had outside of outdated lists of aides and wrong numbers. As they send the same list and after doing research of some of the aides as well as a true background check most are in and out of jail and or had a record for drug abuse and a couple even had felony probation.
I work for this place so of course its great
Everyone was very pleasant there. It took me only about 10 minutes to get the questions I had answered. And several of the services were explained to me.
