Used the corning location the guys and the prices were great. Very easy to work with and always had what I needed.

I have rented many items from this place, including items with friends when they had something we didn’t have. They are always great to work with, and the prices are half of the other rental companies around. Everytime I go here I get treated with great respect and everyone I encounter is very knowledgeable. After the weather took a turn for the worst Pinnacle was more then helpful finding us a tent, walls, and heater at the last minute on a holiday weekend none the less. The costumer service at both bath and corning locations worked together to get us everything we needed, and were kind and caring. The guys that put up this tent in the rain were professional and quick. We cant thank you enough as you made our parents celebration of life party enjoyable and comfortable for all that came.

I rented tents, tables, chairs, heaters and their restroom trailer for a wedding at my parents farm. They were great to work with on setting up the order, and they responded very quickly when I was worried about something with one of the tents. I definitely recommend their restroom trailer for something like a wedding or more formal event compared to normal portable toilets (or the alternative of possibly overwhelming a houses septic system with too many people).

I have dealt with them on two occasions regarding renting equipment from them. They provide excellent service both over the phone and in person. The equipment I rented was in top running shape and got the job done with no hassle or frustration.

Went here for 20# propane tank refills. The guys were friendly and helpful. And its a great deal! Love this place!

Called them on a Saturday in a mad panic for a sander rental. It was 3 mins to closing time. Randy not only waited for us took his time to show us how to use the machine. I rented tables, chairs, and a tent from here for my father’s 60th birthday party. It was honestly an awful experience, you felt like you were going to fall through the chairs, and the tables were wooden and cracking, they looked awful. I would never rent from this place again.
