The team did a great job communicating and coordinating with us for my son’s 4th birthday party and he absolutely loved the monster truck bounce house! They were very friendly, set it up, ensured it worked and actually brought it a day early since they had a really busy weekend and didn’t want to potentially show up late. When they came and got it, they were here and gone in 10 minutes, but were very kind to my son as he watched while they packed it up. The rental price was very reasonable, but seeing the smiles and joy on my son and his friends’ faces made it worth every penny. He already wants us to rent it again for his birthday next year. WOW this company is absolutely amazing yall, and I dont often feel this way about a business anymore. Legit.I paid online when I set up the scheduling, they were here early to drop off the bounce house, they had it all set up and running within about 10 minutes, I did not have to do one thing, aside from tell them where I wanted it to go.I was quoted for 6hrs, but they left it with us until the following afternoon!!! For us this was awesome, we got a lot of mileage out of our money.Also, it needs to be said that their customer support is on *point,* because honestly most companies these days do not seem to place any value on that aspect of their business.I WILL be using these guys again 👍A big thank you to all of them!!!

Jump Start is great, they have nice equipment. There were on time delivering and picking up. They were very quick setting up and taking down and David was very professional and helpful with placement of the bounce house. I look forward to working with again.

Actually confused as to how this company can have ANY bad reviews.Since the start of communication with Jumpstart until the end regarding my birthday was very clear, smooth, fast and easy. Christina was understanding and helped me choose the right inflatables for my party and didn’t seem annoyed with any of the questions I asked.After my party had to be cancelled last minute, she replied quickly and helped the refund process run smoothly. I would recommended them a hundred times and that’s from customer service alone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and communication. We ordered a bounce house from this company to be used at a party. Previously they told us a specific time in which they would be able to come and set up but on the day of the event they said they would have to come earlier and there were no exceptions because they were on a tight schedule. So already, theres one red flag. The second red flag is that they were 30 min late to the WRONG address after saying they were on a tight schedule and would arrive at 3 ON THE DOT. At this point we were very fed up and after getting off the phone with them, the guy we spoke with was extremely rude and did not even care to come to the right address because it was too far from the location they went to instead. Instead of being apologetic, he just said hed give us a refund and ultimately did not seem like he cared at all. We brought up how they were late and he said it is what it is. Very unprofessional and I will be making sure to tell everyone not to do business with them. At the end of the day your priority should be to take care of the customer and they did not do this at all, leaving us to find another place last minute where we could rent out a bounce house!

Customer service was an easy 5 stars they delivered all that was promised and with shoet notice too I only deducted a star because of the cost there very competitive but still its definitely not cheap.
