I booked this limousine service for my wedding.Upon arrival, I went downstairs and was not greeted by the driver. I don’t believe he introduced himself. My party and I was waiting by the limo to see if we had to open the limo door ourselves.When the driver did appear he was on his phone and barely acknowledged us.We did NOT have a step stool to get into the SCRATCHED up ivory Hummer limo. I was denied access to look at the limo prior to my wedding.At least the limo was clean inside.After bridal party pictures the limo driver did not immediately take my bridal party back to the venue....he was on the phone again😒Finally, when it was time for me and my husband to return to the venue after pictures a step stool “appeared” and I was able to get me and my dress into the limo.We had scheduled the limo until me and my husband were to be taken back to the hotel.Once the reception was over, the limo was no where to be found. The driver took the limo back and LEFT US STRANDED. He did not follow the Itinerary and LEFT us at the venue.After contacting the driver he told us it would take 45 minutes to get back!!! The venue was closing in 10 minutes!!Image being LEFT at the venue on your WEDDING DAY???!!! Luckily, family members were still there and had room for us.I would NOT recommend this company. They had one shot to make a good impression on an important day and failed.I was offered a refund....still pending.I gave them 2 stars because the limo was clean.I’ll be surprise if this review makes it on their post.Signed,One angry bride

The limo I rented for my wifes 40th birthday worked out great. The limo was exactly as requested and the business owner and driver were very professional. Next time Im in need of a limo in the Lake Norman area Ill contact Platinum.

The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the week of my wedding they were calling asking for my original receipt # (I had rescheduled multiple times due to COVID). My original receipt from a year and a half before was paper and I could not find it, but I had the other 2 email confirmations from both reschedules but they insisted they did not know I had paid. They let it go but it was very frustrating.The driver night of did show up on time, and patiently awaited everyone to get in and get organized. He helped everyone in and took my bags for me. When we arrived to the hotel I forgot about my bags he had put in the front seat. By the time I got ahold of someone he was on to his next route, but arrived to my hotel room, at the door, at 2:30am to ensure my bags were given directly to me. It was very nice of him and he was so polite. Would use them again if I could guarantee that driver, lol

The folks at Platinum have always been great to us. The drivers are very professional and the cars are clean and on time. I definitely recommend them.

My prom group and I were highly upset with how this company handled our request. I called in asking for a specific limo that they guy on the phone put my name down for. We requested a limo being told that the company would be open till only midnight to call and give our final answer. I called this company 12 times, left a voicemail and a text message, all at 10:30. They called me the next day only to realize that they booked me and some other guy for the same time with the same limo. They would RARELY answer their phones and took 3 days to give me a call back. My group has gotten to the point where we chose to drive ourselves to our senior prom. We are highly upset and disappointed that it got to this point.

New owners posed as old owner. Cancelled services not rendered (well in advance) & was advised a refund was being processed, no refund has been issued. They do not have a refund policy on their site or reciept. Calls & text for an update go unanswered.Don’t loose your money with this company!!!Update: The owner called me back to make it right & refunded my deposit. I recommended alternative methods of communication (text & email) along w picking up the phone. Updated my review from poor to neutral. We’ll see how it goes the nxt time around.

I am so thankful we selected Platinum Limos for our wedding! Their prices are right in line with all of the other limo companies we called, but their limos and service are TOP OF THE LINE!! We got the pearl white limo with the disco dance floor.The driver arrived ONE HOUR ahead of schedule! That gave me a huge piece of mind as I went on with the planned day. Everything was immaculate and shined up. They really take pride in their inventory and it shows! The inside was just as beautiful as the outside. Well taken care of and stocked full of the drinks we dropped off.Overall, great company and service with top of the line equipment. Highly recommend!

I rented the White/Platinum Hummer limo for my daughters sixteen birthday. It was a horrible experience. I definitely would not recommend this company. When we got into the limo the windows were dirty and the inside dusty. The driver was late picking up up. The driver stopped for gas on our way to the restaurant. The air conditioner was not keeping up with amount of people we had in the limo. We had to ride with the window down to try to get some air to the back of the limo. At one point all the lights inside the limo as well as the air stopped working. The stereo did not work. When we asked the driver how to turn it on he did not know. When we finally go the stereo on it kept shutting off. I had to tell the driver where we were going and the address even though I gave that information to the company the day before. When I left a message the next day to let the manager know how awful our experience was no one called me back. I had to call back a week later and spoke to Watty. He was of no help. He had an excuse for every complaint I had. This company has no customer service skills. I asked Watty for some of the money back since it was such a horrible experience. He was going to check the limo and the air conditioning and talk to the driver again and call me back. Guess what! Ive not heard from him again. Go figure. Only rent this limo if you want to throw away $600 plus tip.

I have used Platinum Limousines NC on many occasions. Their hummer limos, and town cars are top notch! Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limousine in Charlotte, Lake Norman or Concord area.

Senior Prom 2019 and excited to get the BIG Hummer. Platinum Limos were FANTASTIC from beginning to end. Reserving, payment, route planning, and mostly communication. Most of all, problem solving over and beyond expected. An hour before pickup I got a call from Waddie that an earlier wedding party had an hour delay in using the same limo. Waddie assured me we would NOT be impacted, and most companies probably would not have been forthcoming with info on delays. He kept us updated on progress, and in the end sent us a Limo for picture taking, while he was getting our preferred limo to us at our reserved time. In the end, we got our limo at our original agreed time, and had the 2nd limo as a safety net as well, and I was informed all the way. The kids LOVED their driver and a FANTASTIC experience was had by all. I would recommend Platinum Limos to anyone for whatever reason you are looking to rent.
