AJ sent out a great team of 3 to clean our houses exterior from top to bottom. The crew arrived and immediately got to work on my foyer chandelier. After having our hardwood floors refinished, it was very dusty and dull. The guys patiently worked on it until it sparkled like new. I will be using Labor Panes again and I highly recommend them.

Grayson & Alex did a great job with the house wash & windows! I was afraid the house wash would wake up my sleeping infant, but he slept through the whole thing. They cleaned our lower outside windows by hand with a squeegee and the higher windows with the brush and I honestly can’t tell the difference. Excellent work as always!

I have been using labor panes for 4-5 years. They have always been professional and have done a good job. I had them do my outside windows today. Honestly couldnt believe they did the job in an hour and in the past it is a 2.5 hour job. Basically because they have a wand and a brush to do your windows. Apparently testing the water to make sure it is mineral free to prevent streaking. I understand improving ways to accomplish a task as long as the service comparable. Not getting on a ladder is obviously safer and less time consuming. When you dont squeegee the windows you cant wipe sills or corners? I think paying 275.00 for an hour of work is outrageous. After all, the labor is NOT the same as previous times. When they left my home my back windows looked like it had rained. I definitely think if you are cutting your work and time more than half the price should reflect it. I called AJ and expressed my concerns and he did not agree. He said the technology is better. I guess the technology does not account for sills and corners and I will spend my afternoon wiping them down! Offered next time to do it by hand... there are many companies. Dont think so!

Zach and Matt, who cleaned our gutters, were friendly and speedy! Although I didnt climb the ladder to look into the gutters after they were done, I certainly saw the debris as it rained down. Next thing I knew, the debris was cleared away I was saying thank you.
