Thanksgiving Day we came home to a major leak in our finished basement. It was completely destroyed. Our insurance company contacted PuroClean, a mitigation company. James and Doug came to our home on Thanksgiving evening and answered our numerous questions and tried to keep us calm. James and Doug worked for days removing water and mold from our basement; including removing ceilings, sheet rock, carpet, cabinets, etc. When done, the basement was ready for reconstruction. They kept us informed throughout the process.

I highly recommend PuroClean. We had water damage in our laundry room and a bedroom. After starting a homeowners claim, PuroClean was recommended by my insurance company. They called me within an hour of starting the claim, and arrived an hour later. That night they took moisture readings to determine the extent of the damage. They ripped out damaged carpet and tile flooring, along with the carpet tack strips and baseboards. They also helped me determine the root cause, and cut the sheetrock to access the plumbing in the laundry room that backed up. I had a lot of questions and they took their time answering everything. They came back the next morning and setup dehumidifiers and fans in both rooms, and they ran continuously for 2-3 days to dry everything out. The technicians stopped by twice to check that things were going well, and then removed all of the equipment. Even the payment process through my insurance company was simple and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Mr. Powell and his team were very helpful to me and my family when we had water damage. They came out on short notice and it was a long trip for them. Got an estimate for putting plastic down in my crawl space. They cleaned up the area, removed the old insulation, installed new insulation, and installed a dehumidifier for a great price. The guys was fast, friendly and very helpful.
